We were in Manistee overnight to attend an event. This hotel was in the perfect location...River Street in the downtown district. And it was clean and comfortable and very affordable. Check-in was easy. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Free parking. Lots of amenities walkable from here. And we enjoyed a bit of stroll on the boardwalk along the river.

This was a nice hotel right in the center of Manistee in the river, close to shops and restaurants. It was not fancy and could use some refreshing (worn and frayed carpet in areas, stan on room chair) but it was nice enough and clean. And the location couldn't be beat. They did not offer a breakfast (I was told that, so no worries there) and did not have a hairdryer in the room (just an FYI to bring your own).

Manistee Inn & Marina is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway! Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants! Love the quaint boutique motel vibe! Definitely will stay here again in the future!

The property is downtown so walking distance to restaurants and shops. No personel at the desk from early evening until 8 a.m. which caused me to make the pot of coffee in the lobby area. I did this because the room had 1 Cup coffee pods for a coffee maker that made a 5 cup pot. Even using both pods was inadequate. No continental breakfast, just coffee and som granola bars

Great view and parking, room was clean. Beds were way too soft! Could use tissues and keurig in room, otherwise everything you would expect in a hotel/inn.

Interesting place, nicely remodeled into a hotel. Only minus was elevator was out of service. The property was very clean and our room had a great view of river. We walked to supper, great downtown.

We stayed because we had a salmon charter fishing trip early in the morning. The owner greeted us on arrival and was very helpful with getting us set up for our very early start. Walking around downtown there are many cute shops and places to eat taking advantage of the beautiful river views. The Inn has obviously had some recent updates with fresh paint and carpet. Very good experience.

Very nice place with friendly staff. Cannot beat the location, you walk out and you are right in the middle of the Downtown and River Street. It sits right along the river which is cool and the parking on site is perfect as the street parking is only 2 hours. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience downtown Manistee. Short drive to beach too.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything downtown. Service was great, we had questions and they got an answer immediately. The only thing was the air-conditioning was really loud at times. We would stay again.

The perfect little place to stay steps from everything you would need. We parked our car for the weekend and walked everywhere. It was wonderful! The river walk is just out the back. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

The room was huge with a great view but there was only one chair and no place to hang clothes!
The toilet was short , actually one for children. Despite all that I would stay there again.

I booked a two-bed room online and paid for them, yet they didn’t reserve for me due to some mistakes.
They did give me other rooms instead, but, firstly, they were basements and , secondly, the bed were uncomfortable.

While this is a pretty basic hotel, it met all of our needs. Our room was quiet. Parking was easy (parking garage). The room was very clean. Room features were not all listed on Expedia. It did have a microwave and refrigerator in addition to the mentioned coffee maker. There was a small snack room in the facility with tea bags, fresh fruit, and snack bars. It was close to walking paths along the river and restaurants. (This is northern Michigan, so restaurants close early)would recommend this as an affordable hotel.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The mattresses on the other hand were horribly uncomfortable sinking badly in the middle so much so that my wife and I had to sleep in seperate beds.

Great stay. We were in Manistee for my wife’s birthday and wanted a downtown location. This is a hidden gem. Nice clean room, pleasant staff (Deanne). We will be back.
