Modern property located close to town. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

It was clean and modern house

We weren’t told the house rules prior to paying for non refundable accomodation. This should have been included in the information on booking.com before you booked. Do not like all the cleaning rules or you would be charged if you didn’t do them.. Eg stripping bed and putting the linen into the laundry basket in the laundry, vacuuming floors, emptying the morning dishwasher taking rubbish out before you leave at 10.00 am. We thought this was included in the price. If you want this done check out should be 11.00am and not 10.am like other places you can walk out of with no cleaning.

The property was in immaculate condition and absolutely spotless when we arrived, it was very comfortable for a weekend away. We stayed with 5 guests and there was plenty of room for us all. The host went above and beyond to help us out in any way. Look forward to our next stay here.
