My family and I stayed in Bluffton to visit other family members who had recently moved to the area. The house was perfectly walkable to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Bluffton, and also to a waterfront area where we could sit each morning and enjoy our coffee. It was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and space to relax. Could not ask for a better experience.

We had a lovely time in this well appointed and comfortable house. The owner provided clear instructions so it was an easy transition in and out. The area was close to shops and water, offering scenic walks or just reading on the large front porch!

Our family of 4 had a fabulous time in Old Bluffton SC. This house was amazing. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed for cooking and the beds were heavenly to sleep in after long hot days out in the heat. We came from Pennsylvania and ventured to Hilton Head a few days, Savannah GA, and even to Tybee Island GA. Everything was perfect and we would definitely go back!

This home in Old Town Bluffton is beautiful and was the perfect set up for our family of four with two teenage kids. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it is really nice and seemed well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the decor of the entire house is beautiful. When I selected the house, I had no idea how great the location would be! Downtown shops and restaurants are walkable in the right weather. Host was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Highly recommend this adorable home!

This is a beautiful house that’s obviously been completely updated! We stayed here for several days to attend wedding festivities and it’s the perfect location. Easy walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the occasion to visit Bluffton.

My family and I SO enjoyed staying here! Ashley was so easy to work with and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. The home was immaculate! We enjoyed the coziness and room to spread out. The decor was perfect and so inviting. We sat out on the spacious front porch every day/night and took in all the beauty. We also loved the location! A short walk to the May River to fish, a walk or short drive to all the restaurants/bars in Old Town. Loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location in Old Bluffton. We were able to walk everywhere. Old Bluffton is beautiful. Ashley was wonderful - very responsive and provided us with great recommendations in the area. Check in was easy. Key less entry made it very easy. HIGHLY recommend and would stay there again!!! We all love it.

We rented this property Holiday to spend the holiday with family members who live in Bluffton. It was ideal for access to Bluffton and my family. The neighborhood was pretty, quiet, and felt safe. The price of the stay was fair.

We absolutely loved the property! It is perfectly located in walking distance to everything you need in Old Town Bluffton. We visited with 3 young adults in their early 20’s. It gave us the perfect amount of space. The house is exactly as pictured on the website. Totally cute!!! Designed to perfection and included everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Kitchen was fully stocked (even had foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags…which was nice), hairdryer, iron, etc. Loved that there is enough room on the front porch to gather and people watch… and also a back patio if you prefer a little more privacy. Walk to the river is short. We just loved the ability to walk everywhere. Restaurants in the area are fantastic. Must try the Okan Restaurant for a unique taste of African fare. Our kids loved it! We really loved the extra touch that the owners provided fun board games, which came in handy. Everything was just well thought out. The place was clean and didn’t have any weird smells (which you can get in some rentals). Overall..A DEFINITE WINNER and highly recommend!!! 😊 will totally book again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Awesome property with a great location. The Property Management did an excellent job when we ran into some issues with a construction company working next door that cut Wi-Fi to the house. I would take my family back to this house anytime.

This house is perfect in every way. Clean, decorated beautifully, well stocked and plenty of space. The location is within walking distance of parks & restaurants and shopping. So many things are within 10min driving distance. Hilton Head Island beaches are 15min away too!
The beds are 10/10 for comfort! The front porch is picturesque! Linens are great quality.
If I could improve anything, I would say having another television in the downstairs bedrooms would be nice. And maybe access to golf cart! So many people drive golfs carts around town. I would love be part of that!

Our stay at 40 Colcock Street was everything we wanted and more! The home is absolutely beautiful! The porch was made for sitting on and taking in all the area has to offer. Plenty of space inside! We actually looked forward to coming back in the evenings and just relaxing. It was said numerous times during the stay that we could just live there. Already looking forward to planning our next stay.
