Unfortunately nothing

The couch is too uncomfortable The toilet paper provided was not enough The extra blankets in the closet were dirty No windows The beds are too small and funny enough they are short, our feet were hanging down the end of the bed. One bathroom No backup

They had very expensive furnishings but lacked the basics like tea towels. Very quite environment.

They had no electricity due to loadshedding. We were in the dark for 6 hours. We were not informed they made no accommodation for guests during loadshedding. We did not even have candles. We used our phones if we needed to move around the apartment until their battery's ran down. This was a nightmare booking. I booked 2 nights but left this place after the first nightmare night. We had to have cold showers and couldn't cook anything, and it is now winter. I had to book another accommodation the next day and moved out. The cleaners were supposed to come through and clean up, but they did not. We paid a premium price expecting to have a comfortable place, but we're disappointed. All the contact phone numbers that we were given went unanswered. This was a real disappointment because if we happened to get stuck in the lift, there would have been no one to help get us out because there is no backup generator, we would have had to sit in the lift until the electricity came back on. When I booked this place I was under the impression that it was part of the main Zimbali conference centre where I stayed previously. I had to incur an additional cost of booking at the main Zimbali conference centre, which was fantastic and made up for the previous night. I called booking. Com, who also tried to contact Zimbali lakes while I was on the line with them, but they also couldn't get hold of them. So they emailed the property about the problem that we experienced with them. I was told I would get a refund for the night I did not stay in the property, but still waiting....nothing has come through yet??? A rip -off!!!

Clean and has all appliances working. Easily accessible to shops, main road, and places of entertainment Air conditioning which will help keep the apartment warm or cool

Locating the actual apartment was not easy, if the apartment numbers can be written outside Place is affected by load shedding, The outside noises, when people are on the corridors can be disturbing

The location is quiet and nice, no noise or whatsoever, which makes perfect

I had to pay more than a price that reflected on booking.com cause they told us on the email that was for cleaning, but to our surprise no one came to clean our room, that was so disappointing, only when I emailed them that they told me that fee was for cleaning the apartment not our room😏😔
