The view of the marsh is fabulous. Easy access to groceries, beach, and harbor area. Condo was clean and fully supplied with appliances and utensils we needed. Lighting in the living room was a little impractical…..could use a reading lamp. Overall, a great place to stay.

I have lived in Wilmington my whole life, but had never been to BHI. What a GEM! We can’t wait to go back! 30 knots was perfect for our family of 4!

Would highly recommend this property! The location was perfect and the views of the marsh and sunrise were incredible. We loved the decks and porch. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some! The owners were very responsive with communication. We are looking forward to hopefully staying here again!

10/22 Survived Hurricane Ian . Very dramatic! Joan from Wendy Wilmont checked up with us frequently! They have ace service. Love this condo! Only downside this year, people in unit A ( above us) with a loud barking puppy. We adore Timbercreek but most likely will look to rent a top unit ( even with the stairs). Our 18th year on BHI and first time in early fall. Beautiful time of the year! Wonderful condo. Wendy Wilmont is very responsive when something needs to be fixed. Excellent time with the family. Intend to return next year to 30 knots. Been coming for 17 years to BHI and this place is nice!

We had a wonderful week here on beautiful BHI! This by far is our favorite location. We had an issue with the battery in the golf cart and it was addressed and fixed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is getting a new gas grill. The one here needs to be replaced. The owners do a great job providing everything you need for your stay. The beach chairs are in great condition. There is also Shibumi Shade to use, although, we brought our own. We will definitely be back and would love to come next year for two weeks!

We've been going to BHI in all seasons since about 2004 and have stayed in about six different timbercreek units, both As and Bs. This is one of the best. Very comfortable, beautiful marsh views, and great interactions with Wendy Wilmot Properties. Totally recommend it and look forward to our next visit.

Loved 30 Knots! We’ve been coming to Bald Head for 16 years and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. It is beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing!! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had the best time at 30 Knots!! The weather was beautiful and the island is so quiet and peaceful this time of year. The house is decorated beautifully, beds were extremely comfortable and it was equipped with everything we could need. The views are gorgeous! We loved everything about our stay!

We had a terrific time at 30 Knots and look forward to returning. Everything was great- the rental process was simple, the unit was clean and comfortable. Highlights- very comfy bed in primary bedroomm - and ooohh that shower was amazing. Loved also having a bathtub for a soak after the beach. The marsh view is so peaceful- both sunrise and sunset were beautiful and the view changed all day long. Only one small suggestion- perhaps trim back some of the trees toward the left side of the porch to provide a view in that direction? Loved having books about birds, Bald Head and binocs- thanks for those. Highly recommend staying at 30 Knots

Perfect for us. We brought a dog crate but there are 2 there. We used bikes but they need a little work. We needed help with using the stove and learning how to lock the door. Instructions would be helpful. We had a lovely time there. It has a great view of the beautiful marsh and is tucked into the trees so it is quiet and relaxing. It is close to restaurants and the market. We will be back. I would bring my own pillow because the pillows are overstuffed and hard. Very comfortable in every other way and nicely furnished.
