We were frustrated with this home. First two nights were incredibly hot and many people couldn’t sleep. AC was on full blast and some of the baby monitors in upstairs rooms had temps in the low 80s. They had to bring in mobile ac units and fans our last few days. House says it supports 40 people but they have 1 medium small fridge. We had 23 people and had to buy ice every day to keep food cold in coolers. No shampoo or body wash in bathrooms. Never seen that before in a Vrbo. The bedrooms were small. Most didn’t have a tv, didn’t have a dresser and had very small closets with no hangars. The lawn was big and we enjoyed that. In summary, we paid a lot more for this home than in prior years at bear lake because we wanted a more luxurious experience. Reality is this home was less comfortable than the the other homes we rented in the past and was almost twice as much. Property management started helping a few days in, but the house just isn’t that comfortable for a big group. Frustrated with our experience for sure.

Wonderful property and house

The hot tub was dirty and it smelt horrible the whole time we were there. The electrical outlets did not work. In the master suite the lights did not work properly there were burnt out light bulbs everywhere. Upstairs the fire alarm kept beeping all day and night. In the kitchen the microwave did not heat up! And the stove temperature was off. When you rent a place like this and put money into it you expect it to be working properly. I would like some sort of reimbursement maybe the cleaning people's money should come back to me. I hope to hear from you on this.

We really enjoyed staying at the property. We had a group of about 34 people (adults and kids) and it fit our group well. One of the best features of this property is all the nice beds that are newer and comfortable. All of our guests appreciated the king sized beds that are is most of the rooms. The property was clean and well maintained. The kids loved playing outside on the big grassy area. This property is located near the North Beach and this makes it way more enjoyable because the Garden City area is becoming way too busy. My only suggestion would be to add an extra refrigerator because with a house this big you need it.

It was great to have enough space for our staff to be able to get to know one another and for my wife the space to work in a relaxing environment. A great experience we hope to do again.

It would be nice if you had a sign on either the house or the gate to tell us the name of the place. It was hard to tell if we were in the right place. But we loved the cabin.
