Steps from the beach, restaurants, activities galore! Great spot for the whole family. Patio was a terrific hangout space with a beverage and some music.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect! Since the home is 4 levels, be aware there are a lot of steps. Literally just steps to the beach, easy walk to the Mission Bay Sports Center. Great coffee at Intazza across the street, fantastic tacos at Tacos El Trompo. We fit 2 cars (Sentra and Altima) in the garage. There was plenty of space, but it was a little tricky getting in and out. Beach towels, chairs and sand toys were all provided, as was some laundry detergent. Would definitely rent this home again.

This house is as advertised and is in an amazing location. Each bedroom has an en-suite which is great when staying with friends. The only downside is that the garage is a challenge to get into due to the steep slope from the alley into the garage.

This property is in a perfect location; it's Mission Beach, but maybe 10 minutes on foot from Pac Beach and right across the street from Mission Bay. There are restaurants, coffee shops, markets, rental shops and souvenir shopping all within a few minutes' walk. You can park your car in the ample garage and forget about driving if you want to. Rent bikes or scooters and forget about traffic! The property has a great outdoor, raised deck on the ground level that is perfect for outdoor dining and a rooftop deck with some ocean views and expansive views to the east that is amazing for nighttime or early morning relaxation (it gets pretty sunny up there during the day). The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes / appliances and the furniture and surfaces were clean. The bed on the lower level was SO COMFY which is an important, yet often overlooked detail in vacation rentals. It was a real treat. Hot water was plentiful and soaps, shampoo/conditioner were provided. Closet space was more than adequate and the W/D set up was convenient. The beach was steps (like 25 or 30) from the property which is close enough to go back and forth for snacks & bathroom breaks but far enough that nighttime noise on the boardwalk doesn't interrupt your sleep. Oh, AND we were allowed to bring our non-shedding, medium sized Goldendoodle for a small fee and she LOVED the beach. We felt so lucky to bring her with us. Great experience, great communication from the management company - 100% would book again.

We have gone through 710 Beach Rentals our last 2 trips to San Diego and they have never disappointed. Both houses have been clean and stocked, great locations, easy and quick response with the company about any questions. The over abundance and comfy pillows is also a plus. We will definitely continue to use 710 to help us have great vacations!

The house was great, exactly as described. There are only a few knocks. With all of the emails and communication from the property managers about "good neighbor policy" the surrounding neighbors don't have the same guidelines. The apartment across the sidewalk has a stripper pole in the window. On a few nights during our stay they had some pretty large parties with girls dancing on the pole. On another night the building behind the house had a large party with people shouting until 2 in the morning. On the last day all of the bikes we brought with us were stolen from the side of the house.

Really worked out well. Three bathrooms was big plus and rooftop Patio was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable and the management took care of our needs beautifully. We loved being close to both the ocean and the bay and having great shopping all around. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

The house was great with easy access to the beach. The bedrooms were large with baths of each bedroom. The only two downfalls of the property is there is no restroom not attached to a bedroom and the living room area only had one small sofa that fit 2 people.

This house work very well for us. It was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The only negative I would say is the height of the parking garage. But then everything in that area is very close together.

Perfect place to stay! Look to your left and see the bay, to your right and see the ocean. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, rentals, and coffee. Only 2 things we wish we knew in advance were: no air conditioning (there are plenty of fans and windows but very stuffy on arrival), and garage is very low (one of our rental vehicles did not fit- it was a standard mini van) Great place for a family vacation :-)

This a perfect beach house for a small group of friends or family. House is well maintained and easily accessible to the beach. Only negatives was the dishwasher didn't really do a good job of cleaning and silver fish found in the second bedroom bed.

Everything was very nice. Property managers were very prompt with responses. The reason for not getting the 5 star rating is because the dryer did not work. Even after a repairman was sent it still quit functioning after the first usage.

We love the house and the location! The house is well kept and the property management company has great communication, no surprises when we arrived. The details given on the house are exact. We had so much fun at the beach and other attractions are easily accessible. We can't wait to go back!

Spent 5 nights there recently with a group of work colleagues while attending a meeting. Nice location, nice accommodation's. Clean, neat and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect and the house was just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this house to others. I couldn't fit my truck in the garage, but I found parking right down the street.

We enjoyed the house and all its amenities. The washer and dryer was a MUST! with a baby and toddler. The layout was perfect and we all loved the privacy of the bathrooms being attached to each bedroom. Big, big plus. We would like to suggest that information about the two-car garage be clarified. It does NOT fit two full-sized cars, much less SUV's. We would have brought a different car if we had known this. As it was, one of our cars fit and we were lucky enough to find a parking space for the second car close to our place. It would have been nicer for both cars being inside, but it worked. I do not want that to take away from how much we enjoyed this place. Being set back from the boardwalk gave us privacy and quiet which is important during nap times!

We had a very enjoyable stay..The location is great, a little noisy but bearable. My only suggestions would be the following....The garage is entered on a downward slant and is small..2 compacts would fit, but not any type of a taller roof suv. The gutter pipe flows out of top floor roof and drips onto metal garage rollup door during rain..Very loud and annoying as it is outside of bedroom windows,. Easy fix would be to just add an extension piece so rain falls on ground instead. Place is well stocked and has nice outside picnic bench and barbecue area. All 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms very large and plenty of room...a huge plus.....

We recently stayed at the beach home for 5 days and had a great time. The house is a few houses in from the actual sand but it was only a 20 second walk to get there along the path. There were multiple balconies and we had dinner a few nights on the rooftop which had a good view of Mission Bay and the Sea World fireworks. Everything was very clean and it was well stocked with kitchen utensils so we were able to make our own food. This stretch of beach seemed to be the quietest which we liked. If you go further north there seemed to be more college crowds and then further south there were more crowds around the Belmont Park amusement park. We were able to bring our dog but I would mention that the actual beach does not let dogs on the sand or boardwalk from I believe 9am-6pm. We rented bikes and a surfboard from a place directly across the street and otherwise just spent our time relaxing on the beach.

We were a group of friends that stayed at this property for one week. It was in great condition, super close to the beach, and we all had privacy with in the home as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bonus: it has a washer and dryer on site! We did not have a car and the location was perfect for walking to local grocery store, restaurants, and bars. The staff at 710 were so helpful and immediately responded to our needs, bringing us anew iron/ironing board. We will definitely rent from them again. The only negatives not in 710's control was the construction noise and the noise of the garbage truck that interrupted sleep. Again, not their fault just something to be aware of!

We spent 7 unforgetable nights here. With 3 bedrooms, this house was pefect for us. My mother stayed in the downstairs bedroom, the kids in middle floor and my wife and I in the upstairs bedroom. The location is just minutes from Sea World and San Diego Zoo. We spent several mornings at Sea World then would come back to watch the Sun set, have dinner, take a shower then back to Sea World for the night shows and fireworks. Several nights we watched the firework show from the rooftop deck. The beach access can't be beat. Most days we had 50+ yards of beach to ourselves We also walked along the beach to the Amusement Park at Belmont. There are various shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property managers were very helpful and accessible by phone and text. The only downside is the parking situation. There is an enclosed garage but it is very tight. We will be back again!
