The picture advertised the incorrect property. The property was still being remodeled and not finished outside. The front yard was a disaster with gopher holes and no grass. Inside was not completely clean. Microwave was dirty. No face cloths. Pipes seemed not to be regulated. Water in shower would get piping hot even-though we tried to have on warm setting. Appears as though this was put together to get a fast buck. $951 was totally outrageous for this property. Faced a dirty water dirty area. Bait and switch at its best. Don’t rent this property until it has been totally fixed.

Enjoyed our stay here for our visit to the channel island. House is clean and modern. In a quiet upscale neighborhood. Host was easy to work with. Beds were comfortable. The only improvement we would recommend is the kitchen could be better stocked with supplies. Would recommend this place to others.

We stayed here the summer of 2023 and we loved it. So unique and such a lovely deck to sit and watch the canal. It’s very clean. very spacious. I would recommend and stay again. Also, I reached out to the owner with questions during our stay and they responded right away and were very helpful. Recommended stay.

Wonderful weekend getaway. House was nice and clean with great amenities. Beautiful waterfront view. Great location from stores and restaurants. Tao replied promptly with any questions or concerns. We definitely will be staying there in the future.

We had a family reunion and the house was almost perfect for 7 people. Great interiors, excellent location. Highly recommended. Could be great to add some more cookware / utensils. Master bedroom has two queen beds which was surprising because, from the website, we were under impression that there was just one bed in the Master suite, and the house had another bedroom with two beds - had to adjust our accommodations/ bedroom dustribution accordingly. The host was very responsive and helpful - many thanks!

Truly enjoyed my stay. The home was beautiful, clean and everything we needed. Tao the manager was exceptional. I truly appreciate his quick responses and his kindness. The location was fantastic! We were able to see fireworks from our front balcony. My daughter went kayaking and loved it. All in all, we would rent this property again.

My wife and I decided that we needed a short getaway with our three kids and we absolutely love Oxnard. We generally stay closer to the beach but I love boating and the serenity that you get from staying in a house with a dock. We looked at many options for our two night stay and found this home. We were so impressed with the pictures, location and reviews, that we decided to book. From the get go prior to arriving, the communication from Tao was exceptional. It makes everything so much easier when the host is so responsive. We rented many homes in the past and Tao’s communication was so incredibly quick, answering any questions that we had regarding the check in process and local to dos. The house itself is just as beautiful if not more than the pictures. Location is great. You have everything that you’ll need at the shopping center that is essentially 3 minutes away. You are within a short walk from a boat rental and the beach is a short drive away. But the best of all is being able to sit on the deck and look at the boats and water. Or better yet, waking up to a beauty water view. All in all we would absolutely recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. We are certainly planning on returning again sometime in July or August. Thank you again Tao for everything.
