This is our second stay at Kiss the Wave and we had an amazing time! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It feels like home. It is very clean and spacious, and the amenities can't be beat. Whether you and your guests prefer to be outside in the large pool, or stay indoors and shoot some billards - this place has something for everyone. The downstairs is great for watching games or movies, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a family meal. Highly recommend!

Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. The home had most everything we needed and met/exceeded expectations! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive of stores,restaurants, and beaches.

This is a very nice place! It is clean and tidy with ample room and a quiet street! The pool and spa are a great feature as well as the cabinet full of games! Thank you for a wonderful time staying at KISS the Wave!

Close to beaches, clean, pool and spa worked great and were heated nicely, responsive host, would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. There were 9 of us staying and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our individual spaces to sleep and relax while still having enough space in the common areas to spend time all together too. There were also plenty of towels for our whole party to bathe with and use at the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was dish soap and dishwasher pods available to use. There were also laundry pods available and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. We honestly didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves. The hosts were attentive and made themselves available by text for anything we may have needed. We will 100% be returning in the future.

This was an adorable home for my family of 10 to stay after our cruise. Jason and Gina were delightful to work with. They are very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. I would defiantly stay at one of their properties again!

Pool was great and the owner was on the spot when we needed anything. Great place to relax after a crazy week in Orlando.

Communication with Jason was fabulous! Texted to make sure we got in safely on arrival night, and periodically throughout the week just to check on us. There was an issue with the sewer that was ultimately out of his control but he was quick and efficient to handle the situation.
The house was clean and had everything we needed! The pool area can not be beat and was so nice to come to after spending the day at the beach. Our kids especially loved the lights around the pool at night.
There was a wagon, several boogie/body boards, and sand toys available. We ended up driving to the beach just because we had a toddler but it’s about a 10 minute walk.
Normally I don’t like mattresses/beds besides my own but these mattresses were NICE and comfortable.
