We arrived late and no one was at the front desk for a while. Wondered if we’d even get to stay. The elevator smelled terrible. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was fine.

The hotel was bare bone , had to ask for iron and iron board, plus a hairdryer which they said they only had 3 and they which was were all out. NO Wifi which was hard to believe that a new hotel has no wifi.

The property is nice, if you're looking for bells and whistles this is not the property for you. However it safe and for the most part clean . I had a few issues with dirty towels but they were replaced immediately. I do wish that they had plates, cups,etc... in the kitchen area. They have a kitchen area but it's just not stocked . They do have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, mini stove .

There is no beating around the bush, this is a bare bones overnight hotel. The welcome is not exactly welcoming, the elevator smells like weed. They do have a laundry room and a functioning work out room. Small but everything functions. Treadmill, no weights. The rooms have TV, very clean bathroom, vinyl flooring, and metal frame beds.
Nothing nice but OK.
Staff seems to work hard and well.

Misleading advertisement. Deposit is something you hold and refund later, fee is something you charge. Pet deposit is $50 and daily fee is $10. What BS is that. There were no toiletries, I had to go and procure them myself. Nothing in the room - no hair dryer, no iron box. You have to go reception for everything as no one answers the damn phone.

The worst experience I ever encountered had two rooms booked for 9 days rude staff no cleaning for 15 days every day had to activate room key had to show id on every single day 😭😭😭

It was a nicely renovated hotel. Had a pleasant check in experience. Only downside was being woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 in the morning entering my room without knocking. They said they thought I checked out already. Kinda unsettling waking up to someone in my room.

I think the hotel rooms were overpriced the bathroom sink where you can watch your face. The water pressure is very low where you need a cup so you can brush your teeth and rinse your mouth. This hotel had a kitchen space but you didn’t have any dishes or cups or pots if you wanted to use the kitchen Not even a coffee maker I was not very impressed with this hotel, which was picked out by my brothers wife they live in the area

There was no one at the front desk and I had to wait outside for almost 45 minutes prior to being let into the building and my stay was already paid for via Expedia

People fighting and police/ambulances called to the hotel. Very noisy at night and staff did nothing to stop it. No basic amenities like plastic forks or spoons available by the hotel. Bed sheet had brown stains all over them. We’ve booked this hotel in the past several times and this was our last stay here. Very disappointing in how everything was handled and how staff shrugs everything off. May they improve in the future to make it a comfortable stay for others.

Room was not clean. Floor eas sticky had to throw out ny socks because they were black after 1 night. Hairs in bed and shower from previous guest. Stain on sheet. Vending machine not stocked and staff were not professional

It is tiresome and unhealthy to have to be on guard for your safety and well-being all the time, but you have to do it when you are around unsafe people (bigots) who have no boundaries.

The kitchenette was super nice and the full sized fridge was an amazing feature you don’t see in hotels at this price point! They also give out goodie welcome bags that really make you feel welcome! Fantastic place and super nice staff! 10/10

It was clean and in good location, no room cleaning service for 2 nights stay. Bathroom sink faucet was running very slow.

This was a good place to stay. The building seemed very new, so everything was in good shape. However, there was a terrible smell in our hallway and the vinyl wood floors were kind of sticky under our shoes. There was also no ice machine. But the workout room had a treadmill, elliptical machine, and a pull up bar/small weight machine. And the staff were extremely friendly and gracious. We had a bit of a wait at check in, and the young lady at the desk apologized and gave us cookies as a greeting. Worked out great!
