Was a nice property shame it was not clean and a health and safety hazard.

Mattress were off the bed, bathroom not clean, dirty towels in the corner, burn hole is sofa cushion, spiral staircase, unsteady and unsafe! No bottle opener (I bought one and left it there) BOOKING.COM was also disappointing as the owner promised me the cleaning fee refund €60ish I have phone evidence, the booking.com tried palming me off with a credit of €30ish on their app which is in pending and I can’t use. Bookings.com. Also gaslit me, ignores me and, straight up lied. I think this will be the first and only time using this company. Good luck

Le confort des matelas

Interior was very nice, fresh and clean, with plenty of fresh towels and bed linen. On arrival the communal hall is shabby but the apartment is a welcoming site, and as good as the photos.

Sofá bed in lower bedroom was uncomfortable.. But all other fine.

L'appartement en lui même est très jolie et paré très propre.

Cependant la chambre est EXTREMEMENT humide. Tellement que nous n'arrivions pas a respirer a l'intérieur. Nous avons cherché d'ou cela pouvais venir et la SURPRISE, le matelas dans lequel nous allions dormir été moisi, les latte du lit également. Le matelas venais d'être changé il était neuf mais la pièce est tellement humide que le matelas avait déjà moisi a notre arrivé. Nous avons du dormir à 3 dans un canapé lit peu confortable sans climatisation il faisait très chaud. J'ai prévenu le propriétaire qui m'a proposé un remboursement d'une nuit sur deux. Cela fait plus d'un mois que j'attend encore. Il me fait tourné en bourrique depuis également pour ma facture que j'attend car nous sommes venue pour le travail. L'humidité de cette pièce est vraiment dangereuse! Fuyez!

Everything was really bad: - Very Dirty (hairs everywhere, spiders in the basement (the bedroom ) and dirty all over the place!) - Smaller than it looks - the bedroom is in the basement so crazy humidity - really bad service and customer care - Bad experience during checkout (the checkout is supposed to be at 11. At 10:40 the cleaning girl starts to annoyingly knocking on the door. We were dressing and leaving the room but eventually she couldn’t wait for 5 minutes so we have been forced to let her in while we were dressing. Crazy!) - We were supposed to have body soup and shampoo inside (I specifically asked). Too bad that it was supposed to be for 1 person for 1 night.

Compact apartment suitable for families. All amenities were good.

Far from Metro Station. Not enough toiletries for 5 people for 3 nights. Otherwise everything else were good.
