Excellent all around, you can hear a main road a little but other than that everything was beautiful and the host was excellent

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms very clean and comfortable, and they provided all the amenities we needed. We didn't utilize the outdoor space, but it looked relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need for preparing meals. The house was close to stores and restaurants for anything we needed. The driveway was very steep, but over time, we figured the best way to navigate the driveway to prevent hitting the bottom of our car.

😲WOW!!! The family’s first impression and a lasting one throughout our stay. Yes, Scotts Valley was more than the family expected. Grateful for a well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom had the comfort of home. The bathrooms had a hotel feel. Viewing the forest during morning coffee at the outdoor lanai was so delightful. While the home was more than we hoped for, the family quality time spent together in the open space living room will be memorable.

It was a quiet area, and the house was nice.

Nice full size home with all the stuff you need- plus it has AC which we needed. It was close to stores and restaurants and a short drive to Santa Cruz and Capitola. Great for families.

We have family in Santa Cruz and this place suited us perfectly. It’s clean and very welcoming. The outside space is lovely and great for watching the local wildlife over a glass of wine. Jerry was great. Thank you.

Property was clean, modern, and obviously was impeccably maintained, and everything works. The beds in the master and one of the bedrooms are comfortable and firm, but not hard. The area is very quiet, just how we like it. The owner accepted our senior cat (20 years old) into the home with us. We are thankful. The owner sets this property up very well: check-in was supery easy, communication was a breeze. The fact that everything was smooth from beginning to end points to the thoughtfulness that went into it. Improvement? Not much. We're readers, and there's no reading lamp in the house. Yes, you can read with the ceiling lights, but that consumes more energy than you need. However, if you like to watch TV, you'll love this house. It's got TV in just about every room. If you're seniors with bum knees you may have a hard time taking your stuff up the steep stairs in the front. So pack light. Overall, I highly recommend this place and the owner.
