I am disappointed with the new management company. The fees they charge are outrageous and I will definitely look for a different property with a different management company next time. Loved 710 rentals and Vacasa is not as good. I tried to speak to a local Vacasa person and that never happened. I would reach employees who are based on the east coast and who knew nothing about San Diego. The home is getting worn as I’ve stayed there before and am noticing the wear and tear.

Perfectly situated on San Juan Cove. Definitely a HUGE bonus to have AC, made it so much more comfortable during this heat wave. Loved the roof top deck. You could see the entire bay as well as see and hear the ocean, 360 degree views! Make sure you have a vehicle that fits in the underground garage. We have a MINI Countryman so it was no problem, but I don’t think anything much taller than that would clear the entrance as it’s quite a steep decline with a very low ceiling.

Great location

I loved the view from the home. Access to the bay is quick and easy as you are basically right next to the sand. The rooftop is a spectacular view of the water. The home was clean. View from master bedroom is also great. The bunk beds/kids room is on first floor. The other two rooms are on second floor. Overall had a great stay. Thank you for letting us use this beautiful home.

The condo is as described. It is right on the Mission Bay beach, so we had a wonderful view of all things beach/water related (and the ocean/boardwalk is only 2 block away). We were a party of 6 adults and one 4-yr.old. There were two bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a third (smaller) bedroom off the kitchen with bunk beds. My daughter (33) and her husband agreed to take the bunk beds and said it was small but comfortable enough to sleep in. The living room/dining room was on the second level of this 4-level condo, so there are a lot of steps--though myself and my wife (both in 70s) were quite able to deal with the steps issue (though carrying our suitcases up to the third level was a bit tiring--but manageable). The kitchen, also on the second level, was well-stocked with basic kitchen utensils, pots/pans, condiments, etc. Though my wife feels that the pots/pans could stand a little updating. Note: the Kurig coffee maker can brew coffee as well as utilize coffee pods--quite nice. The two ensuite bathrooms and bedrooms are on the third level. Very comfortable and roomy. On the fourth level is the rooftop patio--great for a happy hour family time, including chairs and a dining table, and a gas grill (would have been nice if we were told that the auto igniter on the grill didn't work, but we found a flame lighter utensil). There were also 4 nice beach chairs and some sand toys in the first floor entrance. There were 2 spaces in the garage reserved for this unit. As noted by other reviewers, it is a very low and steep entrance to the garage, but both my SUV (Kia Sorento) and my son's SUV were able to navigate down the drive. Note: be careful if you try to open your automatic trunk door in the garage space, if you pulled in too far, the door will hit the ceiling beams. Another point that was not initially noted to us, we were given a key fob to lower the garage gate--it didn't work. When I called the mgt. company, I was told that the HOA disconnected the automatic gate, when it accidentally came down on a car. Also, note to get in front door, you need a 4-digit code that is supplied via email the day you arrive. What wasn't told, but we determined, that to lock the door when leaving the unit, you have to enter the code and then turn the big round knob to lock the deadbolt. Nevertheless, with even some minor issues, this is a wonderful condo, in a terrific location. It was perfect for our family. Would definitely rent it again.

House was in great location. It was clean and ready. Plenty of space for 2 families or 1 large family. Roof top deck was amazing! Would have loved the option to be able to check in early since house was clean and ready by the time we arrived at noon. Had to wait until 4pm to check in. All in all we had an amazing time and look forward to booking the house once again!

This is the second time we have rented this home. It is perfect for our family of six. Fabulous rooftop and plenty of room for everyone.

Remove the carpet guards from the stairs, they are dangerous and slippery. Replace or fix Master suite ceiling fan, it clicks and is noisy. A property THIS nice can certainly afford a replacement so that renters can sleep sound.

Wonderful location… right on bay and close to ocean, with great beaches and walkways. House is very nice, a little smaller than it looks in the photos, lots of stairs, great roof deck for beautiful sunrise/sunsets. It was ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids for a week.

We had a good stay. Had some BBQ issues the whole time we were there. Place needs a new Q. Frustrating not having a working BBQ.

This property is everything we needed and exceeded all expectations. It was very clean and the location cannot be beat. We will be back!

Location is amazing-much prefer being on the quiet bay side with beautiful views and walking over the short distance to the ocean across the street when we want. Only thing I would change is to make the couches leather so they can be cleaned between guests-cloth couches are outdated. Also, please wash/mop the balcony. Otherwise, very comfortable and clean stay. Their text responsiveness was almost immediate to any questions/needs. Will stay here again!

Home was as promised. We loved our stay. Management was efficient and responsive. Location is great for Bayside sunrise. Awesome for littles or families. 2 min walk across the street to the ocean side.

This is a really nice unit. My family really enjoyed how close it was to everything and they are at those ages where it's tough to please them all. Needless to say they all had a blast. Two block from the beach, a short walk to Belmont Park and standup paddle board rentals. We really enjoyed the roof top deck, where we could check out the bay and watch the sunset while barbequing. The master bedroom was really roomy and very comfortable. The one downside was the room with the bunk bed didn't have air conditioning so it got a little warm in there overnight. Overall, this was a winner and would rent it again.

Property was in a great location. The house was nice and clean. The only real issues were the parking, our car did not fit into garage and we had a hard time finding parking. The noise level was a bit high due to us being close the walk way, noise started as early as 6am and could last until past 10pm. Other than that, no complaints at all.
