Very nice place. A normal big space you will feel great at. Everything was well mentioned, the people were very friendly and helping at all times. I am Coming back!

- very clean and spacious room - M14 cafe offer tasty breakfast

- some extremely alarm noise waked me up in the middle of the night. Twice! It was stressful and very disturbing. - the pillows were not comfortable, but that’s my personal opinion. Rest was very good.

Its clean, the furnitures are new.

they don’t have complimentary coffee,tea and kettle. No iron and board as I need to iron my clothes every time I travel. 2 hours After we checked in the reception called me 4 times to ask what is my room number!!! They should know as they are the one who gave me card keys!!! Here at booking the check out time is 3pm, a night before check out I confirmed it at the reception the lady says 12 noon, the other says 2pm, I told them in the booking.com its 3pm. Then they called me at 2pm to check out!

M14 Hotel Apartment is newly open. Staffs are very accommodating and the room is very clean. They have a very comfortable bed and I like the shower too. We have a wonderful stay on our Eid Holiday with my partner. Thank you staffs and the owner. Will comeback next time:)
