Os quartos são amplos, porém antigos. O ar condicionado estragou e a luz do banheiro ficava piscando. A área da piscina é agradável, ponto positivo.

Ao contrário dos demais funcionários do hotel, a atendente da recepção Lívia foi irredutível e pouco solícita desde a chegada, insistiu para que eu apresentasse o cartão de crédito físico que foi feita a reserva, sendo que a reserva foi feita pelo meu cartão digital e inclusive já estava paga antes da nossa chegada. No fim, ela registrou por foto tanto meu cartão físico quanto o virtual, e, alguns minutos após, recebi um SMS falando que meu cartão virtual foi “bloqueado por questão de segurança”. Precisei solicitar para outro funcionário que por favor parassem de mexer com meu cartão de crédito, pois se bloqueassem meu cartão físico eu ficaria sem cartão de crédito na ilha de Fernando de Noronha, e reforcei que nossa estadia já estava paga e me comprometi em pagar possíveis gastos adicionais com frigobar ou restaurante no check out. No último dia, quando questionei se poderia trocar meu drink cortesia por um coco, a mesa atendente não foi solicita e negou. Fui a piscina e questionei para outra funcionária que prontamente me cedeu o coco. O restante dos funcionários, o responsável pelo transfer e os garçons sempre muito educados. Além disso, achei que o café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar, pouquíssimas opções de frutas, a parte a la carte era mal feita, cada dia faltava algo, banana, coco. No restaurante da piscina solicitamos fritas e mignon, 140 reais a porção e de péssima qualidade, carne com gosto de geladeira e batata super gordurosa frita em óleo velho.

the room was small and simple for the value. the manager wasn’t very friendly but the rest of the staff was very nice.

The staff, the facilities, the layout and vegetation, the location, the breakfast,the afternoon tea, the airport transfer........

The sandwich/light food menu could be more extensive

it was like staying at a high end spa. the rooms had that comfort feel. surrounded by lush greens and even banana trees. staff was absolutely lovely and treated us like family

food was so so. but the restaurant could be seen as a separate entity which is why I still believe the Dolphin is a 10

The property was beautiful, the rooms comfort table and the staff was very helpful and friendly. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious and would recommend. However, i paid a lot of money for the master hot tub suite, only to find out on arrival that the hot tubs don’t actually get hot, and stay cold. There was about a $1,000 difference from the hot tub room, and the non hot tub room. No one in their right mind would pay extra for a “cold water spa” especially when the ad said “hot tub” The staff was very friendly but they said there was nothing they could do. I was never offered a price reduction or anything to make up for the false advertisement. Just a simple sorry. They also told me that they get this compliant often. This was my honey moon, and we just felt lied too. For the price there’s better stays!
