breakfast and location of the building

no A/c , no elevator, 4th floor. the staff is not really helpful for ukrainians. I guess they prefer to be helpful only for foreign customers.

Nice place with good breakfast. Great location to stay in the city center.

Dirty access to the hotel from the arch. The room is rather old style in red and brown colours. The property is not all new itself.

There is no elevator and the hotel is at the top of 5 flights of stairs. So you need to be in decent physical shape to access this hotel which was not a concern for me. Each room has an air conditioner unit which was great! Also, windows are very big and airy and let lots of light in. So that was good. Very nice bathrooms also. Location is perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was nice.

The beds have very thin mattresses which I think could be better. My colleague actually stacked two mattresses on top of each other just to be able to sleep. I am smaller so it was not as much of an issue. Also I was working all day so I was really tired and slept anyway. Would have liked a mini fridge but I think that’s an American thing.

noise reductions are so bad, we clearly heard the conversation in the next room and every step around.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You must walk up 4 flights to get to hotel. No lift/elevator. The location is right in the center of the city amidst restaurants, etc. They always seem to have availability. 44 rooms I think. There is a very nice buffet breakfast in a nice sunny room in the hotel. Coffee/espresso machine too! Private bathrooms are very nice. They will do laundry for you for a charge. Small refrigerator in reception area with drinks for sale and you can store small things in it. For the price this is an exceptional value. Doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside is quite nice.
