The property is gorgeous! The home was perfect. We had coffee on the deck every morning listening to the birds and creek. There is a roster at a nearby house that made the morning entertaining. We enjoyed a fire every night just taking in the amazing scenery. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be returning.

You always see pics and say...no way...it can't be that nice. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Beautiful cabin inside and out. I will definitely be going back again. Everything you need is there. The owners have really went above and beyond in creating a getaway place that is more tranquil and relaxing then you could ever imagine. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was excellent. We came for MOTD - Minis on the Dragon. The cabin was perfect! Close to The Dragon, Fontana and Robbinsville. The cabin was exactly as advertised and the host (Michelle) was great. We enjoyed grilling out, eating meals on the porch, sitting by the fire pit, and enjoying the picturesque setting and sounds from the creek. The cabin was very well stocked with essentials and there was plenty of firewood to use in the fire pit. The only minor issue was spotty wifi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So glad we booked the Sweetwater Cabin. What a gem!

Beautifully appointed French Country Cabin!

Doug and Michelle were the perfect host to this incredible property. It is an absolutely gorgeous piece of property and it was perfect for us two couples to have plenty of space for our motorcycle adventures. The pictures aren’t even as good as this place. Michelle was very responsive to texts and made sure we were well taken care of. We will be back! Thanks so much.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We came in that week for Miatas at the Gap driving the Tail of the Dragon. The cabin was perfect! Close to The Dragon and Robbinsville. Cabin was exactly as advertised and the host (Michelle) was great. No problems or issues whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won't be disappointed!

You won’t be disappointed. The property is just off a field with a long view of the mountains, and the creek in the backyard is amazing. We enjoyed the string lights on the back deck, fireflies at night, and sitting out there in the mornings with the sounds of the creek and birds. Fire pit and grill were both great - well supplied for both. There can be a little road noise but nothing that disrupted our stay. The driveway loops around between the deck and creek if you need a longer space than the carport, but it suited us great - opening your door upon returning from nearby Robbinsville (5 minutes away, with an Ingles for groceries) and hearing the creek immediately was wonderful. Inside, our hosts have the cabin well-stocked for appliances and supplies. We had k-cups as well as some of our favorite teas available. Toaster, standard coffee maker, even a cast iron skillet if you need them, as well as a thorough supply of utensils. They’ve also thought of little games and puzzle books as well as brochures from the surrounding area. We felt very well cared for and enjoyed our stay and the location immensely! Beautiful, scenic, secluded, awesome! The perfect place to unplug, reconnect and recharge. Everyone knows this area has some of the best motorcycle riding roads anywhere. This cabin provides the best place for a weekend or more of riding AND recharging your personal and relationship batteries. We will definitely go back to this one!

This cabin is beautiful , clean, and was the perfect peaceful hub for our motorcycle riding trip. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was important to me. We brought our own groceries, but the grocery store (Ingles) in town will not disappoint ! The wifi is spotty but we were able to stream music , which we didn’t do often on the porch because we loved the sound of the creek running while enjoying sunrise. This cabin was easily accessed from the road and we pulled a small trailer right in, no problem! The hosts Doug and Michelle were very available and super nice ! You can tell they care for their property very much . There’s really only one restaurant in town but we took day trips and found plenty other restaurants. You’re minutes from the Stecoah trail head for the Appalachian trail, Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Blue Ridge Parkway , and the beautiful Smokey Mountains National Park. It was one of the BEST trips we’ve done. We rode 100 miles everyday on the motorcycle.
