Your property had everything imaginable to create a stress free vacation. We loved everything about your home and immediately felt comfortable the minute we arrived.

We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived at the home. Amanda was amazing and they left a lovely card and bottle of wine because they knew I was celebrating my 70th birthday.
The younger kids were thrilled with the play set, the house was immaculate and the most fully stocked house we have ever rented.
We all agreed that we would absolutely stay there again!

We loved this home and Amanda was very responsive when we had questions! The location was great in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the beaches/attractions. She left us with 2 beach passes for 2 cars which were so useful for beach parking! Highly recommend this clean, beautiful home.

My family, including adult sister and her dog and my two young kids, had a great week in Kennebunk. We explored the beaches in the area and enjoyed lots of good food and ice cream. Seven Quail Run was a perfect home base: clean, spacious, comfortable, and central to everything.

The house worked perfectly and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. Amanda communicated well and was prepared for our visit!

Our stay here was great! We were in the area for my annual family reunion and we were less than 2 miles from all my family. Also very close to downtown and stores. I was surprised at how much less traffic there is in Kennebunk compared to Wells area, so that was a bonus.
The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts are very thoughtful and make sure you have all you need including linens, paper products, all cooking utensils/necessities, dish soap, and there was even a little basket in the bathroom that had extra bar soap, toothpaste, etc which I needed since we ran out of bar soap!
The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the the yards were perfect for sitting and relaxing.
Amanda’s communication was prompt when I reached out to her.
The house was more than what we needed for space for my family of 4 plus our four-legged friend but we would definitely stay here again!
