Views, and location close, but not too close to shops etc in Dromana. Beach at Dromana is great!

Cosy lovely home in a great location. View of the bay behind the trees which is a bonus! We had much fun playing table tennis. The host Aaron and Steph are very responsive and helpful. And thank you for the free lemons from your tree!

Beautiful view and nice quiet location. House is old with some cracks in walls however it is nicely presented.

House only runs on tank water and the water smells, is yellow/brown in colour and tastes horrible. Appreciated the 2 bottled water in fridge for drinking however it is not nice even brushing teeth with the taste of the tank water and smells when having a shower. Tanks look old and house roof needs cleaning. Noticed some filters on the tanks but not sure if they are working or need cleaning. I am all for tank water but the quality needs to be improved. Would suggest replacing or cleaning the tanks, cleaning roof and a UV water filter system. Myself and one of my daughters experienced gunky eyes over the next few days I can't help feeling may have been from the water. Wine barrel on entry full of water (assume for watering garden) is deteriorated and full of mosquito larvae. Not very appealing on entry. Back 2 bedrooms smelt musty. Non stick frypans are scratched and flaking and need to be replaced. Would suggest some bicarb soda in the kitchen for people to clean the stovetop. It was covered with baked on matter. We cleaned it. Kitchen cupboards could do with a wipe down.

Very quiet location with a view of the sea through the trees. The property is very comfortable and was great for 4 adults (could have easily hosted 6)

Great location, quiet and lovely. The house was very spacious and rooms were great. A really lovely holiday house to come back to.

Bathtub would have been nice, but wasn't a deal breaker. Overall house was good, no obvious faults.
