The security guard and staff member who assisted me at check in were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable - the shower pressure was also amazing! Plenty of parking options are available :)

Friendly staff. Check in and out was super simple and hassle free. Room had great facilities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Central location made it a great place to stay in Orange.

Big quiet room
Hotel has great food and kids love the playground
The check in experience. Maybe a sign to let you know to leave your bags at the carpark rather than dragging them all the way through the hotel and back would be nice. A staff member even directed me and did not let me know it would be better to leave the suitcase near the carpark.

room was modern and clean, comfortable enough
very noisy with hotel patrons leaving all night/ morning on Saturday night mainly. the house keeping staff did nothing more than swap towels, expect more for a hotel. we also had the lawns mowed right outside our door at 7:30 am on Saturday, very inconsiderate.

I found that I did not have to stay in Orange for the last night of my booking and they refunded the cost of that night's accommodation. The restaurant is great! Excellent menu and delicious, fresh meals.
The neighbourhood is really dodgy.

Convenient location with full hotel facilities on site. Clean room and private entrance. Good facilities for families.
Low cost renovation showing signs of deterioration. Need to lock your vehicle in a compound at night for security.

The hotel had cancelled the NSW stay voucher without letting me know, but they did give a discount as compensation for no communication. There was a massive leak on the roof that dripped on one of the beds. luckily we were not using it. The room did not heat evenly.

The shower was moldy so we didn't take shower.
