Check-In was simple and clear! The roomy floor plan allowed for easy lake access, scenic views, and privacy. Was minutes from the golf course and the grocery store. Great area downstairs for kids! The back patios are very peaceful.

This property was perfect for a family and or a Friends getaway. It’s got a perfect view of the lake. The neighborhood is so amazing and everyone is polite.

Reviewer Comments: We were initially signed up to stay at another one of their rentals but after it flooded, they were super quick about switching over our reservation for this house. It was more space than we needed for 3 people but the location couldn't have been better for our needs (wedding at the Ritz) and would be a perfect site for a family reunion or larger group. Everything inside was updated and clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The view was beautiful and just a few steps away from pontoon boat rental which we took advantage of. Overall, our whole group loved this property! Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is always a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and had great views of the water. Even the lake side walkway proved to be a great route to walk with coffee in the morning. Our group will definitely be back again, and will likely book this same spot! My only regret is not knowing more details about how Lake Oconee or the Reynolds property requires booking to be done. Once I booked this property through vrbo I discovered that only members of Reynolds or those who booked homes through Reynolds could play the golf courses as well as eat at most of the restaurants within the gates. The first night we went to dinner and discovered that we couldn’t eat there as we weren’t members. There are plenty of activities to fill your time and restaurants outside of the gates, but this was a surprise. I wish this was known prior to booking, however, overall we had a great experience and would return.

Very spacious clean and great location

This home is amazing. Everything about it is brand-new: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, televisions, and beds. The house is very clean, all rooms are oversized with high ceilings, and well-appointed. The view of peaceful Marina Cove is fantastic, and it's just a short stroll to the waterfront. Once on the water there is a paved walkway that runs the entire length of the cove (almost 1/2 mile), and a wide boardwalk that doubles as a community dock that runs along 1,100 feet of shoreline. We had plenty of space to dock our boat for 48 hours (but it appears that no one monitors this). Our large group enjoyed the spacious decks on the main and terrace floors, which was well-appointed with outdoor furniture and a new stainless steel Weber Propane Grill with three burners. You even look out on the cove as you cook on the grill. The Marina Cove Village is a quaint and beautiful community of cottages with greenspace, walking trails, and very friendly neighbors. Within walking distance is Linger Longer Marina, a huge Pavilion with public restrooms, water , and electricity. There is also two beaches (one appears to be for dogs) and a dock to fish. This home and community are fantastic. We will stay here again next year and highly recommend!

Great location, comfy beds, clean, stocked kitchen ….. what more do you need?! Great cottage that easily housed 3 couples with room to spare! We loved that each room had its own bathroom! Beautiful lake views!!! We loved every minute of our stay there!

Perfect location, size and amount of rooms for our family. My daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandsons stayed in the lower level. It was their own suite with great room, bedroom and kids nook with three beds and their own bathroom with kitchen area. They enjoyed having their own area as did we upstairs. Very memorable vacation! Would highly recommend!

The house had a great layout. The upstairs has 2 bedroom and the downstairs has 2 bedrooms as well. The walk to the lake is not that far and there is a nice view of the lake through the woods. We had a problem with some roaches while we were there. We did not call the property manager because did not think a big deal but as we stayed there were more and more. Other than that, stay was great.

Overall the rental was clean, but there was an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom with the bathtub. Luckily the property manager (PM) was able to get this issue addressed before our arrival since I reminded her that we had two infants that would need to use the only tub in the rental. However, the repair person tracked mud into the tub and on the bathmat which I cleaned upon arrival, as well there was a dead bug behind the toilet. Although the rental has been recently updated with new wood-look luxury vinyl flooring, renovated kitchen with new upgraded appliances and renovated bathrooms, the washer and dryer need attention. The front loader washer smelled like mildew and the detergent compartment was filthy. The dryer was rather chipped inside and out. As well, some of the furniture could use replacing....but the mattresses were great! Check-in was a little frustrating. A list of the drivers in my group was requested the week before my arrival so that QR codes could be sent to me for ease of check in at the guardhouse. I only received one code for me and none for the rest of my family. When I contacted the PM a few days before our arrival, I was told that they would submit the names on the following Monday. The only problem with this was that we were arriving the Sunday before that Monday. I waited a couple of days with no further contact or QR codes, then when I finally called the property manager I was told that all my drivers' names were given to the guardhouse, but when my son-in-law arrived they would not let him through the gate because the only name they had for this rental was my name. The issue was resolved by another phone call to the PM. This was a frustrating way to start our vacation. The listing was accurate for the most part. Many members of our party were single adults, so we needed to use the sofa bed half of the week. Assuming there would be sheets on it, it was opened at 11pm and it was bare. We searched the whole rental and didn't find any sheets. Spare blankets were used to cover it the first evening. The next day I contacted the property manager who said she would check into it, after waiting most of the day I finally texted her again to get the issue resolved. The kitchen is well stocked, but if you need an ice cream scooper, a peeler, a pitcher or potholders, be sure to bring them. Out of space, so I'll conclude by saying, overall it is a nice property regardless of these minor issues.

This is a great property that looks small but actually accommodates many people comfortably! It is a lake access home (small view, small walk to lake). We were able to dock our boat in the common dock area. Amenities are nice. We had everything we needed. Woman running managing co was not warm and not initially responsive. Would definitely recommend the property as long as you are ok w more distant view of lake.
