The perfect place to stay, vastly better & more hospitable than any other Hotel or B&B. I genuinely cannot rate it highly enough, lovely hosts. I would (& am) staying here again.

The bed was too soft for one of us with a bad back. Unable to change the temperature to our liking. Probably best to mention no tv in the room description prior to booking rather than after. Great room if all you needed was a bed for the night but not really conducive to spending time in the room without comfortable indoor sitting area (was raining) - wasn’t expecting to see nobody so felt more like an airbnb than a guest house

Lovely location and very helpful hosts. Very comfy bed. Very clean. The fan was great. WiFi was good.
The bath was deep and slippery. A bath mat in the bath would be useful. The mugs were difficult to clean.
Kept banging my head on sloping ceiling 🤣.

The hosts were great and very, very welcoming upon arrival and every encounter. Very understanding after I arrived later than planned. The place was stunning
Now the room. The decor and design was awesome. Very nice and the little touches didn't go unnoticed.
The location was a little away from where I wanted to be compared to some friends who stayed in a Premier Inn closer to the venue. However, the drive was worth it and I knew this would be the case.

At entrance door there was a big step up into room. It was difficult for us of advanced age to step up into the room, needs another step.

We had such a lovely stay and Chris and Jo were the best hosts. The place was beautiful, peaceful and we would definitely recommend / stay here again if we come to Chichester. Thank you again for going out of your way for us. We really appreciate your kindness x

The location was easy to find, yet very quiet and peaceful, away from any traffic. Jo and Chris were so welcoming, we felt right at home. Everything we needed had been thought about, even down to fresh flowers in the bedroom and it was all spotless. We could not have asked for more.

Instructions to the barn were very clear. Beautiful, quiet, country location. Room was very welcoming - water, excellent tea/coffee and biscuits, fridge, microwave and fridge. Fresh milk is always a plus. Property really beautifully furnished and exceptionally modern and clean. Lovely big fluffy towels. Bathroom was amazing and enormous - loved the titles!
As the bed didn't have a headboard, I kept losing my pillow down the back of the bed. A headboard would also stop the wall marking from people leaning their heads.
Surprised there wasn't a TV! Slight noise from upstairs.

Location is quiet and very relaxing. The property and its furnishings are very stylish and of high quality. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The hostess was charming and very friendly.
It is room only, so no breakfast facilities. Had we realised this beforehand it would not have been a problem.

Field Barn was beautifully and very tastefully furnished. It was spacious and very clean. It was also very peaceful.
The accommodation didn’t have a tv which wasn’t a problem for a couple of nights but I was surprised that there wasn’t one. A small table would have been useful for breakfasts. As we stayed during an exceptional heatwave, air conditioning or a fan would have been an asset too as the only ventilation we had was through the patio doors, which I was uncomfortable about leaving open all night.

Booked at the very last minute (about an hour before arrival), the hosts were very welcoming & friendly. Lovely, very clean, fresh, tidy, quiet, homely & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, no question whatsoever. Spot on.
