Honest, clean and everything worked. Access was simple and easy.

I took a group of ten to stay for two days, and they were all very satisfied.

Short walk to shops
Light in the kitchen and one bedside lamp didn’t work. Tap in bathroom dripped constantly.

Had a very good stay . The use of key card to enter room I found really good and easy,no keys to worry about. Very close to many amenities all in walking distance, found all locals friendly. It filled all my needs.

The text message welcome was great, and having a code to get into the room was a great addition.

This was my first stay at Holiday Lodge Motel Inn Narooma after having stayed elsewhere in the town on previous visits. The location was excellent for my two night stay and was conveniently located near a lively cafe for breakfast and hotel for evening meals.
Nothing! The Holiday Lodge Motor Inn met all my expectations of a small motel. It would be my first choice if I ever travel the East Coast again in the future.

The only fault was that my booking through Booking.com was not manually transferred into the Motel's guest list so that, when I arrived, there was no room assigned to me. I was fortunate to benefit from somebody else's last minute cancellation otherwise what would have happened? I had already paid for three nights' accommodation in full.

musty and smelly. arrived to find door wide open to let in cold air to disguise the smell etc. broken window jammed wide open with sawn off broom stick.

Check in rushed, restaurant closed, WiFi not working, maid banging on my door at 9am even though check out 10am.

The manager is the rudest person we have ever encountered. He needs a career change , underground mining would suit

Good location, walking distance to several places to eat and the cinema. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for your gear and microwave/jug/ big fridge.
We weren't given any towels. Luckily a guest that was next to us, grabbed some for us. The reception seemed to be closed every time we went there, even during the times it was advertised to be open. Smoke from a neighbour wafted across to our room, so we couldn't sit outside. There was no TV remote control and the shower head need's to be replaced as it was crap and nearly fell off. The exhaust fan in the bathroom rattled and couldn't be turned off independently to the light.Which made no sense as there was a window you could open.Also the bathroom door creaked everytime you opened it. We won't be back. :-(
