No parking space

I liked that it was pretty spacious. And the property owner did answer the phone fairly quickly to give us the code for the keys.

I didn't like that we struggled to open the door. I extremely didn't like that there was no pictures of the stairs inside the property, as they are a death trap and not very disabled friendly. Didn't like that i couldn't have a shower and that there were items in the property that were not ours. For example, in the fridge and cupboard.

The house was clean n communication was good.enough space.

The rooms and bathroom/ garden

The owner has done it up and it looks pretty good inside. Great heating and lovely soft towels. The owner made sure to tell us about the parking permit, which was very helpful.

No basic amenities, ie no soap to wash hands in the bathroom or kitchen. Although there were towels. The very steep stairs weren’t mentioned or pictured, my friend couldn’t get up and down them safely. So far from ideal. The television stopped working, as it lost its connection to the wi-fi. The area leaves a lot to be desired and the on street parking is a nightmare. We weren’t sent the lockbox code until half an hour to check in time, which was a bit worrying.

It was ideally situated for Mote Park, was clean and comfortable.

It didn't matter to us but people with limited mobility will struggle with the stairs , this should be pointed out on booking.com

great location, only a 20 minute walk from train station and close to mote park. It was a good size and rooms were spacious. The conservatory was really nice, had a tv and nice seating areas. The hosts were very communicative and had really fast replies

the stairs were very narrow and steep, definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has difficulty mobilising or planning a few drinks and go up and down those stairs. The person who was staying after us woke us up way before check out time.

There wasn't any breakfast and it had been remodeled and they have put a lot of work into it. There is a barbeque grill in the back and a glassed in area that was very comfortable off the kitchen. There is a family room with futons in it, but we didn't use it.

The area wasn't real comfortable for us. We are all over 65, and the kitchen was down a tight circular staircase and two of the three bedrooms were up another tight circular staircase. It was difficult for us. The locks were difficult to lock we had to text him to figure it out. There could have been a note on that. The washer dryer doesn't work but no sign about that. There was a long black hair in the bed on the main floor, even though it was probably clean felt weird.
