Great location; you can walk everywhere as long as you like hills to burn off all the pizza. The house is quiet and away from the street. Kitchen is well equipped and the mattresses are comfortable. The garden is sweet and private. The caretaker was very kind, friendly helpful and available.

Unfortunately the place was not clean when we arrived but I'm pretty sure there had been a problem. Wasn't clear from the description that loft bedrooms are not really separated and you walk through one area to get to the other. The air conditioning does not reach the upstairs very much although there was a fan that helped a lot in the area with the window but the bunkbeds were way too hot to sleep in in the July heatwave we experienced.
