Great property and great location

Private, quiet.Well appointed.

Perfect for couples they like to spent their anniversary gateways in a stylish and clean environment! Everything was amazing! Communication with Jean was very easy, she responded quick, and she was very nice! Cottage location is great, secluded and quiet, but very close to everything we needed (10-30 minutes with car to get to other places or other popular towns in Door County). House is excellent! Very clean- spotless, modern, and updated with a lot of amenities that make your stay even more comfortable. I loved beautiful bathroom with fluffy white towels and robes, it made us feel like in 5* hotel! I can’t say any negatives about this charming house! Really, it blows my mind how clean and ideal it is. On top of that, Door County has spectacular lighthouses and places for exploring. Nature is just beautiful, and Chambers Island is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen! Thank you Jean for having us, and hopefully we will come back in summer! Veronika&Roman

My husband and two dogs truly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, location perfect and our dogs loved the fenced yard. We're already planning to come back next year.

What a great stay. Bob (the Landlord) was very responsive to our inquiries and did a great job of helping us enjoy our stay. The house has some great finishes (higher end appliances, fixtures, etc.), and it is clear that he has put a lot of effort in making this a comfortable home. The fenced in yard was so helpful when enjoying the fire pit at night worry-free that we would not lose track of our 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs. He even provided bags to help us keep the yard picked up. There is a wonderfully large lot as part of this property, so if you have a very active pet, you will have ample room to let them burn off some steam. It would also be great to play frisbee, fly kites, etc. Really a great property. The bed was very comfortable. Some small notes. If you are a "sleeper-inner" like us, the house has a lot of windows--and great natural light--but morning comes early, so you might want to bring a sleep mask. Also, there are several electronic lights in the main part of the house (microwave clock, coffee pot clock, routers, a printer, etc.), so we had to cover a lot of them at night to get the house as dark as we would like. All the same, we tend to revisit the homes we like the best, and this one definitely makes the list!

Great place and location for short drives to wherever you want to go.

We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful home & grounds. Very private, but still only a short drive to the nearby towns. Our doggie loved the fenced in yard and the porch was amazing to open up the windows & watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean, relaxing, modern, and very charming. One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed at in a long time. Highly recommend!
