Breakfast was good. Staff were very young, inexperienced, and not very welcoming. Faulty Towers springs to mind.

Bathroom was not very clean, top clean but not good enough.

The room was lovely and cosy, Breakfast was fabulous

The breakfast was out of this world, amazing 🤩 comfy room and cosy 👍👍

I think the bar would really benefit and be nice with a little snug area, with maybe some comfy sofas, chairs 😊

Nice friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite their youth. The pub was busy with diners but they freed a table for us so that we could have a quick drink before going to eat elsewhere. We stayed overnight at the pub. The room and bathroom were a good size and the location suited us. The bed linen was lovely and fresh as were the towels and dressing gowns.Fantastic breakfast provided at the deli across the road - absolutely excellent.

The room hadn’t been cleaned well. There were several dead insects dotted around the bedroom ceiling and cobwebs etc. There appears to be a plumbing issue as the sound of running water kept me awake much of the night until we covered the drainage grill with a dressing gown to mute it! Blinds are needed for the small windows and the front door of the room as light floods in from the car park. There is no bin in the room. These small adjustments would make a huge difference.
