The house was very nice and a great layout for multiple families. The owner and house manager were delightful to work with and extremely prompt and accommodating when we reached out to them. The proximity to the town and beach are amazing! We walked into town everyday and to the beach every evening. This place is totally worth it! We would definitely visit this property again!

Great to be a short walk to the beach and a great downtown. Pool was perfect. House is as promised. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Wonderful vacation spot!

This is the fourth different location we have stayed at in Duck, and this was by far our favorite. Everything about this house is as advertised. It is beautiful, spacious, has a wonderful pool and is a very short walk to the beach and the village shops.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the appliances needed and the beach storage closet had tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc.
The beach access is a few minute walk at most and the beach is very wide at the access point, allowing for plenty of room to set up tents and chairs and not be right next to the rising tides.
Would love to stay here again!

The property was great, tons of space, very clean and close to the beach! We made great use of the bikes and beach equipment provided in site. The owners were very responsive and check in and check out were super easy. We had a great time!

The hosts were fantastic, the check-in was as simple as it gets (just put in the door code), and the house had so many amenities such as beach chairs, bikes and umbrellas for the beach. The house itself housed my entire family so seamlessly and all for a very fair price. Walk to the beach was super quick (you would think it’s further based off of google maps but you can literally hear the waves crashing! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Enjoyed property and location. Fairly bare bones. No soap, towels, or sheets. However, sheets were easy to order. Host was incredibly communicative and easy to reach.

This is a very nice place. It is very well appointed and spacious. The home is as represented and has alot of nice extras like a pool and a hot tub. It is in a good location and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Be aware that you have to coordinate linens and all the minor supplies for the house. You will also have a check out list of cleaning items. Overall, a great place!

Everything was great! I would consider offering linens and bath towels to the renters. Also I would definitely switch out the kitchen trash can. The type of trash can always made difficult to pull out the trash.

No complaints everyone had a good stay in a nice area of duck nc in a nice well maintained house with a lot of amenities an space.

Overall my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, in an amazing location and has all the amenities you'd look for in a vacation rental. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi connection. It was frequently spotty, which presented some challenges for the working professionals in the group. However, Leanne (the property manager) was extremely attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasant. Once we booked the home, Leanne was very prompt in answering any of our queries and also provided us with all info ahead of time for us to prep for things we need. It’s a beautiful home, very clean and well maintained. We were 5 families(17 people), with kids of different age groups, Spacious home for a large group. Thank you Leanne for making our stay a very memorable one.

Our stay was short but sweet. Beautiful 7BR/7BA home located oceanside in Duck. Short walks to the beach or into Duck. Very easy access to the Duck outdoor theater, retail shops, resturants such as Roadside Cafe, NC Coast, Red Sky, Blue Point. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for an ideal park and walk vacation. Check your keys at the door. You won't need them.
