This house was very clean, updated, great location to do all the things! Very close to snapdragon stadium & the freeway. We attended an Univ. of SD football game & the location was perfect. We also did Little Italy, Old Town & pacific beach everything was very easy to get to from this location. House has everything you need. The hot tub was great & it’s always nice to have a washer & dryer on a beach trip. Air conditioning was nice to have during the day. Communication was excellent!

We couldn’t be happier w the location while visiting relatives 1/2 mile from the house. The main living area is spacious and updated. Kitchen was well equipped, loved the coffee/tea setup. They provided all the necessities, which so many rentals aren’t doing. (Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags….and they also provided little travel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap packets which was a really nice touch). One thing we wished the house had was a grill, but not the end of the world. The only thing that I reached out to them about after our stay was the condition of the carpets in the bedrooms. They are quite dirty and in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. (This is my reason for 4 stars for cleanliness, otherwise, the rest of the house was good). When I mentioned this, they were very apologetic and I’m sure they will be getting that taken care of. If we were to go back to for another visit, we would absolutely stay there again!

The large table by the kitchen was very useful for a small team meeting since we could set up our laptops and secondary screens and work around the table and spread out around the house as needed, such as a quick breakout chat/work session on the sectional couch. Only downside was the location was a little out of the way from team members who live further north.
