Location just next of the beach the reception

The room is small but price is good.

A szálloda személyzet nagyon figyelmes és segítőkészek voltak, mindig mosolyogtak. Otthonosan éreztük magunkat. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és finom volt. A szálloda környékén nagyon hangulatos boltok, éttermek voltak. Pezsgés volt a szálloda környékén.

Très bon accueil et très bonne communication malgré une arrivée très tardive, tout était expliqué et prêt pour nous accueillir ! La vue sur la mer était parfaite !

Le sol et la douche auraient mérité une attention plus importante lors du nettoyage ! Les rideaux occultant ne sont pas très efficaces pour masquer le jour. Isolation phonique moyenne, on entend les voitures qui passent dans la rue...

Moderne et plutôt esprit hôtel

Extrêmement bruyant, donnant sur un terminus de bus dès 5h du matin. Les photos ne sont qu’illusion, la vue est directement sur les portes containers et le balcon inutilisable.Birzebuga est une ville portuaire pas balnéaire!!! J’ai fait une vidéo mais impossible de la poster sur Booking.com, dommage!!

Everything was amazing ! Owner was more than kind and he helped us to enter in room late at night ! He was nin stop online and avaliable for any question ! Room was clean and soo beautiful! Staffs was soo kind and always smiled ! Hotel is in front of bus station and beach was 50m from hotel and we visited whole Malta and this beach was the best one ! Also one turkish restaurant and grocery store is next to the hotel ! I highly recoment this place ! Apsolutly amazing !

La ubicación está genial, con la playa a pocos metros y bien conectado con autobuses a la capital. Muchas terrazas y comercio alrededor.

A las 7 de la mañana comienzan a limpiar las habitaciones haciendo bastante ruido con portazos y demás. Estando de vacaciones no se suele madrugar.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and the free coffee was also a welcome feature.

The location is not the best in Malta, but it is close to a beach and everything you need is nearby, it is just a drive to get to anywhere else worthwhile. Next time I would rather book somewhere towards the north of the island.

The decor is beautiful, really modern with a beach feel, staff especially the gentleman who checked us in and out was lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating birthday and they decorated the room and left a very cute note on the bed. Everything was great.Very clean room, good location and facilities. We want to thank them for making our stay so special and we will be coming back next time we visit Malta.

Everything was great

Good location in terms of traveling, bus stop is only 50 meters away. Good enough cleanliness. Room design was good enough. Staff are friendly. Wi-fi is okayish.

3 out of 4 nights we did not have AC, was very hot in the room and we could barely sleep. The room was on the top floor. Something is bad with sewage system in the bathroom area, smell was a bit irratating. Sadly it’s very near to an industrial area. The street is very busy near the place and a lot of traffic is moving and honking all the time.

Very nice location, kind staff and the rooms were very nice.

The coffee machine didn’t work for 3 days in a row, the first day we had trouble getting in our room because we recieved the wrong keys and had to move the next morning.

The guesthouse is in the city center and next to the beach of Birzebbuga. The room was small, but cosy, the bed very comfortable and we had a big balcony facing to the beach and the industrial port. In the same building on the ground and the first floor you have several restaurants. The beach is a sandy one, on the other side of the main road, in front of the building.

In the description of the guesthouse it is not mentioned, that the guesthouse is just few hundred meters away from the industrial areas, so pollution and smell of burning oil could be an issue. Parking is mentioned as a service, which is in the reality street parking and it is seemly hopeless to find a place nearby on weekends, on weekdays it is a bit easier, but also not so close. The rooms do not have refrigerators, which would be a must for a holiday beach accommodation nowadays. After a request for a fridge, 3 days later one was put by the staff to the common areas. You can see that this accommodation had better times, did offer breakfast, had a nice common area, which is not used/offered now.

The big bed was very comfortable, the balcony had a good view of the water, loved also the larger common area balcony and coffee machine. Good location in the heart of all the action and right by the beach.

Although the rooms and common areas had been renovated and were very nice, the bathroom was very small and tired looking, the shower had mould.
