Very best location in La Paz! Right on the Malecón! Walking distance to everything!

A bit noisy at night. We didn't mind at all because the location and view make up for it all!!!

Location was amazing. The room layout and finishing were emasculate. Building was extremely safe. Right across from the La Paz sign right on the Malecon with a stunning ocean view.

A little noisy.

This location couldn’t be better for people who want to walk. It also has a stunning view. It makes for excellent photographs. Especially at sunset.

There is no elevator and we were on the second flore with a mobility-challenged senior. But I still did like the simplicity of it. As soon as you figure out the codes and processes, and how everything works, it’ll be very smooth sailing.

It's a beautiful room, in a great location with an amazing view. That's it. The proposal per my understanding is to be a hotel boutique, but services are really far away from matching expectations, specially because it's a pricey place. It's nicely decorated, bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable, has a huge tv (which I didn't even turn on), a nice sized bathroom, air conditioner (which you'll def need in La Paz), and a nice balcony. It was nice also to have a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine inside the room. But the service is really far below what you would expect from a place with this price.

From the start, entrance to the building is only possible with a code, which they should have shared ahead of time, since I was constantly communicating my arrival time. Got there late at night, super tired after driving from Los Cabos, with 2 suitcases, being one really big and had to wait until someone send me the code on my phone and welcome me by the door. There's no reception, just one person who only comes around when you call on messaging app (which by the way is a gentle guy, but unable to fix your issues at least half of time), no elevator, no parking. Def not a place for people with mobility disabilities (and they should mention that on their page). House keeping doesn't replace amenities such as coffee, and not even toilet paper! Asked for help for my check-out, because of the luggage as my room was located on the 3rd floor, but I was completely ignored the night before, had to handle all by myself (a woman traveling alone), luckily I was able to with no accidents, but imagine if I had any mobility problems or if I was an old lady... By the way, it's a good location for people who wishes to party, which was not my case, because music goes loud every night until late - but at least they offer ear plugs. It was not a big issue for me, as I'm a deep sleeper, but might be disturbing for others. Other annoying things were the shower, whose jet was all scattered and made showering experience not so pleasant, and the lock on the door which was super hard to handle. It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view, but def not a 4 stars hotel, doesn't worth the price, and service must be improved ASAP.

Location, style and hospitality

Brand new high end luxury apartments, beautifully renovated. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and walking distance from all the restaurants and bars..Fantastic view of the beach! The hose was super friendly and extremely helpful!

It did not bother me but there is a lot of loud music from the nearby bars, otherwise a fantastic place.

The room was beautiful and modern right on the Main street of town. It was very central to a lot of stores and bars which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and onsite. If I needed anything I would text and would get a response very quickly. I would highly recommend to friends and will definitely come back.

This apart-hotel is a rare gem. Perfect location. Impeccably clean, freshly renovated, outstanding service, every detail is thought through and is both aesthetically pleasing and very functional, makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Designer did an absolutely amazing job.

It was so good that I did not want to go to the Malecon or anywhere else, rather staying inside or relaxing at the balcony on the lounge chair. Just kidding, everything was perfect, could not be better.

On booking It looks like a nice hotel with a beach. The price makes it look that too, 180usd per room!!. In reality its a small building with small rooms, full of stairs, no elevator, no parking or way to even stop at the door to unload the car, across a busy street to a tiny little stretch of public sand, not a beach! Its above several clubs that play LOUD music till late in the morning. It was very very bad and expensive! I felt cheated. A lot!
