This was done without any force, and I also have enough knowledge to know how to press a button... if you have any doubts about that. Reported this defect immediately. However, no one from the organization bothered to investigate afterwards, because it could also be a minor defect... Nor was any alternative offered. In my opinion this could have been better! A second toilet roll in the cupboard would not have been an unnecessary luxury. I wonder if the service is always this poor, or have I 'just' been unlucky? I therefore expect at least an apology for the inconveniences I have experienced. I can also assume that the financial settlement will not be to the detriment of the customer.
