First room had broken toilet and phone. Second room had broken phone and TV set to Spanish only. Maintenance did come and fix those two issues. Cracked tiles, and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Holes in the carpet. Bed was incredibly hard.
Breakfast area was so packed there was no where to sit. And the food options were pretty dismal.

not one person reviewed how terribly hard the mattress is! We slept on a plywood board with a sheet on top. 2nd worst bed in years of traveling. Staff is nice but seldom at counter. Never saw cleaning crew to get new towels in 3 days. Room is dirty and hot. Its like the 70s Cheap polace Location is great

This is our 2nd time staying in the last 3 months. We were o. The 1st floor which surprisingly quiet. Couple of issues with the room. 1st door light was not working, had to turn on bathroom light to get in the room. Air conditioning was great but the fan made noise all night long. We had hot water this time, however the shampoo and body wash dispenser were empty. We did have 1 very small bar of soap so we made do. I usually bring my own but forgot it in the packing. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and some kind of meat and refried beans. Waffles, juice and coffee were plentiful. Overall it was an ok experience. Room cost was $59 so don’t expect a lot. Everything was clean and the bed slept comfortably.

I like to stay here because it close to everything but when I checked in for my last night they gave me a room went to the room and it was dirty then got changed room and the person in the front said they weren’t going to charge me to change room which confused me when it was their fault. But manager was nice and gave me a discount when I go again. Breakfast is amazing.

Odd that there were two double beds but one king sized headboard. Room needs some maintenance.

1st room, shower handle loose and only hot water came out. Sofa in the room, you sank when you sat on it. Asked to change room, 2nd room was terrible too. When laying on the beds you would sink to the middle and could feel bottom frame on your back. The curtain rod in the shower was crooked and shower curtain would slide to the center. Very bad experience!!

The room was nice. Most all hotels allow for an early check-in without extra fee when an early check-in is within reason but to have to pay an additional $25 for an hour before check-in is ridiculous. I had called the day before because we had arrived ahead of schedule, we were told one thing and when we arrived at the hotel, we were told something different. The $25 was still expected even had been told differently. And when asked how many guests during online reservation, why ask if the hotel doesn't even accommodate the toiletries with the number of guests. Extra towels should be offered at check in. Pool was supposedly closed, we weren't informed until we got there and our children were disappointed because we had planned on going to the pool. I'm definitely not one to complain but during summer, the pool should always be available to your guests.

Pool wasn't working, rooms are dilapidated with huge areas of ceiling showing signs of water leaks, just very poor maintenance in general. Staff was nice.

Very poorly maintained. Two lights were out. Two lampshades were ripped. Remote was taped together and needed new batteries to function. We booked this property because of the pool. It was out of service, but the signage stating so was hard to find. Pool gate was not locked. Staff didn’t seem concerned.
