Needs to be double checked for insects! Could be just coincidence but better safe than sorry :)

La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est top et les places de parking gratuites sont très utiles. Le prix en rapport avec les autres logements sont plutôt corrects.

Salle de bain méritant un bon rafraîchissement (garde trop la saleté). Appartement pas insonorisé. Qualité du mobilier a revoir (excepté le lit qui est confortable).

Good location; interesting architecture. The fact that the apartment is older needs to be taken into account. However, basically, everything was working. The fact that you can easily park the car on the backside of the buidling is a great advantage.

Even given the fact that the apartment is older, some smaller items shoudl be improved. E.g., the clock between living room and kitchen would be important but shows the incorrect time as the batteries ran out. Some of the hinges in one of the bathrooms (sliding door for shower) came off; bathroom door of master bathroom cannot be locked. Again, these are smaller items and any half-way experienced traveler should not confuse this apartment with a suite in a newly constructed five star hotel. In exchange, you get a lot of "flair".

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was very roomy, comfy beds and a full kitchen with all appliances needed. It was in a great area and could walk to nearby restaurants/grocery stores/diners. It was safe and secure (even had a package delivered and it sat at our door all day). Extra towels were supplied aswell. Over all a great experience!

Only not great thing was the washing machines won’t work if your phones are international (not from USA). Not much of an issue as there was a laundry mat nearby. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again!

Wir haben 5 Nächte in diesem Apartment gewohnt. Wir waren sehr überrascht über die Größe des Apartments. Check-in: Vorab haben wir alle wichtigen Informationen über Booking.com bzw. per SMS erhalten, der Check-in war deshalb komplikationslos. Lage: Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Chinese Theater, ansonsten ist die Umgebung wirklich sauber, man fühlt sich dort definitiv sicher. Parkplatz: Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Apartment und einen eingezäunten Parkplatz. Wir hatten einen Dodge Charger. Durch die Säule, die zwei Parkplätze abgrenzte, war es die ersten Male ein wenig mühsam einzuparken. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung: Alles tipptopp, mir fällt jetzt kein negativer Punkt ein. Besitzer: Wir haben alle notwendigen Informationen vorab erhalten, eine kurze Zusammenfassung lag nochmals in gedruckter Form im Apartment auf. Wir können nichts Negatives sagen und waren sehr begeistert vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen? Definitiv ja. English : We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We were very surprised by the size of the apartment. Check-in: We received all the important information in advance via Booking.com and SMS, so the check-in was smooth. Location: It's about a 20-minute walk to the Chinese Theater; otherwise, the surrounding area is really clean, and you definitely feel safe there. Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment and a fenced parking lot. We had a Dodge Charger. Due to the pillar separating two parking spaces, it was a bit difficult to park the first few times. Cleanliness, amenities: Everything was spotless; I can't think of any negative points. Owner: We received all the necessary information in advance, and a brief summary was also provided in printed form in the apartment. We can't say anything negative and were very impressed with the price-performance ratio. Would we recommend the accommodation? Definitely yes.

C’est notre deuxième voyage dans cet établissement, et encore une fois, ce fut parfait. Géographiquement, le logement est situé à proximité d’Hollywood boulevard et de l’autoroute pour pouvoir vous déplacer facilement. Place de parking, lingerie et toutes les commodités de première nécessité à proximité Nous reviendrons très prochainement avec grand plaisir
