Spacious.

Cleanliness - floor cleanly mopped indeed. But toilet smelly, wardrobe dusty, some bed linen smelly. Photo below showed condition of wardrobe when wiped. We needed it clean to put our clothes. My mum ended up cleaning it for herself. Padlock of the letter box where we collected the key cards need to be changed. Wasted a lot of time struggling with it. Owner impolite. I had to tell him to calm down and be patient in dealing with the padlock problem with me on the line.

Excellent apartment. Great service The unit was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Owner very friendly. Great central location between city center and 8minutes to batu feringgi.. All facilities provided COWAY WATER FILTER, kitchen, plates, cutleries, glassess... refrigerator, pans, pot, dryer+washer, iron, hair dryer, towels etc.. besides parking is easy inside the building, scenery is superb, can use the pool.. can view the pool from balcony.. we enjoyed our stay with 7 members... master bedroom was big with attached spacious toilet.. the unit hv 3 toilets.. 1 in the kitchen, 1 shared for 2 rooms..have TV, karaoke set.. sofa.. dining table.. water pressure is OK, no problem.. Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached. Ground floor hv shoplots, opposite is RHB bank and villlage grocer.. nearby is island plaza and fast food restaurants. will stay here again in the future.

it would be better if owner can provide microwave for simple cook / heat.. And 3-in-one sachet coffee,
