Extraordinary beachfront location and views, direct access to Fife Coastal Walk and a lovely cheery, comfortable space.
The shower was weak and tricky to control and the bedding was a bit scratchy.

This is now the second time we have been here and love it. A great break away from reality and the view is unreal. No matter the weather it’s great get away. Hosts couldn’t be any more accommodating. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Amazing view from the room across the beach and close to the main town
The room was nice, and the views are great, but I wouldn't go as far as describing it as luxury accommodation.
I wish we had realized how many steps there were down to the room as my wife has mobility issues, but it was just about manageable. I would recommend that the owners put out more salt/grit though as it was particularly icy when we first arrived.
The room was nice with great views, but there was a pretty cold draught from the bathroom side of the room (admittedly it was particularly cold weather on our first night). The 'balcony' is more of a through route to the other rooms, which meant we had people passing the windows frequently. When we tried to close the blinds there were still gaps where they didn't close properly, so it didn't seem very private at times, and the sensor lights outside were lighting up the room frequently.
The owners would do well to upgrade the WiFi and TV's. There didn't appear to be any antenna, so no normal TV channels and the WiFi was too patchy to really watch anything on the fire stick. It would have been nice to have two chairs in a double room, but as the room was quite small I guess it was difficult to fit more than one in.
I was 'greeted' by the owner a few minutes after we arrived at our room and have to say I almost decided to leave shortly after. I'm assuming it was meant as a joke, but I was a little taken back to be sworn at and insulted by a complete stranger. He seemed fine after the initial outburst, but it didn't leave a very good first impression

The view's, the room and a general nice feeling. Literally on the coastal path so great for walking.
Massive front windows but you couldn't open them, lights need a dimmer switch, some guttering along the front so the constant drips on the window cill don't drive you crazy ....Big shower, small door 🤔and the steps are to steep and slanted especially when carrying luggage this place is a work in progress and is just about there and I'm sure these little details will be sorted...don't let this put you off experiencing the wow moment this place provides...definitely coming back 👍

Beautiful location, comfortable, secluded and exactly as per the advertisement. Welcomed by hosts, who gave us places to see and visit and then left alone to enjoy our 2 nights. We even got to see the Seals on the rocks, we would definitely stay there again.
Not a didn't like as we would not of used or have time, but for those staying longer who may enjoy watching and unwinding, there is no TV so take an ipad if this is your thing.

I really could write paragraphs on this gorgeous little place! The only reason I don't want to is to attract more customers and possibly not get booked myself in the future!
The hosts Elizabeth & Craig are the friendliest hosts we have ever met. They couldn't do anymore for you, asking how we were getting on and even asking for feedback on check-out! We were never made to feel like just "guests" to them. Elizabeth went out of her way to let us know about the local area and everything in the apartment and Craig offered us later check-out if we needed it, due to arriving later.
The apartment itself is done to such a high standard! It felt like an Emma mattress (like we have at home) so the bed was super comfy! The room had the most gorgeous kettle & mugs, coffee, herbal teas and a mini fridge! The bathroom was gorgeous with a huge walk-in shower and light up mirror!
Lastly but absolutely not least was the location... there are no words! I'm hoping this review allows me to upload some pictures I took which were absolutely breathtaking! It really is a gorgeous spot and we could "people watch" people walking along with their dogs in the morning too (along the water below).
Honestly if I could give this hidden gem a 100/10, I would! We felt totally safe and in our own little bubble of heaven!

View is amazing, a great walk along the beach, hosts were very welcoming and gave us an excellent room. Bed was super comfy, the decor is lush and the whole set up was incredible. Loved watching the sea as the sun went down and even woke up early to take it in before we had to leave. Would recommend bringing binoculars
Cherry on top would be bedside lamps and hand wash for the bathroom.

Lovely location, super comfortable, very clean and very modern. Hosts were very welcoming and had a great sense of humour. Beach access right out the door perfect for a nice walk whenever you fancy

Fabulous time away, the view from the panorama windows is Amazing, sea front location, felt very calm. Time away to recover from an injury, just what the doctor ordered! Hosts were lovely, very friendly and informative, if your thinking of booking for a quiet time away this is the place to be.

The description does not advise that it is a shared balcony with 2 other units which means that it is not very private.
The outside light went on and off during the night which did disturb our sleep.
We did not have much contact at all with the hosts as it was a late booking. No plates in the room, but this was quickly sorted via the messaging system.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The host Craig was very friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing, beautifully decorated and unbelievable views which I’ll remember forever.

The view is superb. Every morning and evening we would walk out of the apt and onto the beach. Sooo... beautiful. Everything is clean and comfy. Elizabeth took care to create a great space. Don't judge from seeing the front of the house. This is not renting a room in someone's home. They created a very lovely private space. A great accommodation.

super clean and everything was or at least looked spanky new. Super comfy bed and great location right on the beach. USB chargers next to the bed and modern lighting. Lovely owners too who stay out your way and let you get on with it but always on hand if you need anything. Fast free wifi. No tv but that's a bonus as far as I am concerned and the wifi is fast enough to watch tv and movies on your phone if you feel the need. Fridge in the room too to keep your drinks cold. Even the fussiest guest won't regret staying here.
Part of the glass safety barrier on the balcony is missing so don't let kids on the balcony as it is a very steep fall. This will no doubt be sorted quickly so may not be an issue by the time you read this as the property is in a very high level of maintenance.
No opening windows might be an issue. (there is one in the bathroom) The room has a set of high spec patio doors but you might not want to keep them open all night. If you like a lot of air you can keep the bathroom door open but that might not be ideal if you have been out for a curry ;)
