Great place to stay. Very close to metro station, close to Edeka supermarket. Room equiped with refrigerator, electric stove, plates, glasses, etc. A very pleasant stay for our family trip to Munich

The pillows were way too soft. Have used 2 or 3 one on top of the other in order to adjust it.

The content of the kithchen cupboard was working well when making food in the apartment. We got free parking from garage under the building after talking to reception. Good connections to train and tram. Free wifi. There is a Edeka grocery store nearby. Reception person was very helpful.

The noises from street were sometimes quite loud when we were cooling the place by opening windows. Maybe a cooling fan could be a good addition to the room. The extra bed/sofa was a little bit hard for adult but worked well with kids.

Very quiet location but supermarket and station close by. Easy access by public transport in to town

Single person bed had only a thin mattress, but staff immediately provided a thicker one when we asked.

Location is really good. Could tram to station for 1.70 on a cheap 4 stop price, and great supermarket round the corner. Key collection was easy too.

Expected a little more room tbh. Was a bit cramped. Would look for bigger if staying more than 2 nights. We stayed 5 nights and were given two sachets of shower soap. Its a small additional cost and our other 5 apartments all had soap dispensers. Pillows were small and floppy, like old ones you have had many years. Not good enough.

Very good location 5 minutes to Marienplatz by train with frequency of 5 minutes all day and night, thus location was perfect despiste of noisy disco in front of the apartaments although was not annoying due to good sound isolation. Appartment size It is really good and acommodation as well, It looks everything new and with good appereance. One supermarket is nearby opened until 20:00 from Monday until saturdays, besides in front of the building one bar to take breakfast and/or brunch including Sundays (quite expensive) add that in working days yo have more options with another coffee shops. In general, confortable and good for tourism due to the high prices in Munich. Internet connection worked properly.

They tell that cleaning is once a week but I was 6 days and not cleaning was taken over. No brush to do your our cleaning, no information in reception scheduled for all day and night I sent one e-mail with a doubt on the arrival and never was answer although arrivals are well organized and this could be the main reasons for better prices than the competitors, they are not very important for a good holidays. Noisy fan in toilet and the noise of the refrigerator is not very confortable during night. No map information for the first day due to the reception schedule.

First and foremost, location! Not in the city but two to three easy S-Bahn stops. We enjoyed having a grocery store right around the corner with a great bakery. The staff was excellent. The price was exceptional. The laundry facilities were great to have (2 euros to wash and 2 to dry). We had three in our unit and had plenty of room. Is perfect for 2. The communication from start to finish by the staff was timely, clear and easy. If in Munich again, totally will book here again.

A tad noisy at times from street noise but maybe a higher up unit would be quieter. We were in unit 1.

Great facilities, loved having the option to cook and key collection was very easy.
