A bunch of my friends booked this for the 4th of July and it was awesome!

Very disappointing stay. There is no AC in the upstairs bedroom that sleeps 6, and the ceiling fan wasn't working, either. Neither of the sliding doors on main level or upper level lock--anyone can open them from the outside. **There is not a single working smoke or CO2 detector in the entire house.** One of the picnic tables was broken and left collapsed on the deck (unusable). There was an outlet with no cover, just open to the wall. The pool sticks by the pool table were snapped/broken. The couch in the living room had been previously broken and snapped again when someone sat on it. The pool is not heated at all and had no skimmer to get the bugs, etc. out. Soap scum covered the tiles in the upstairs shower. The sink was backed up. The fan in the no-AC bedroom was coated with a thick layer of dust, as was the fan in the upstairs bathroom--they had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Floors were sticky and dirty. The third level of the deck goes right up to the roof, allowing anyone to climb up on the roof. The bunk beds are extremely unstable and shaky--I would not trust them to support more than a very small child. We were downstairs when we heard a loud bang--the door in the upstairs bedroom fell off its frame with a breeze. The screws were extremely short and thin, and it wasn't installed using a stud--just into the flimsy pine trim, so it's no wonder it fell. House was hastily put together, is not truly new construction, and is unsafe.

A group of 16 guys stayed here for a boys weekend. It was a blast. Plenty of space to hang out. Beds were comfy, the property was clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall awesome stay.

The property was clean and tidy. The manager/owner was very accommodating, responsive and quick. The process of checking in and out was very easy and simple. Location is great as well.

Property was updated and clean. Good location for hikes. The hot tub was enjoyable. Minimal kitchen tools and utensils. Plan ahead if you are cooking. Close to super market and dollar general if you forget some bits. Good location to pop into downtown.

I brought my family and their friends total of 7, and had fun in the house. This location is close by supermarket and ski resort just few minutes away. Yet it is on quiet neighborhood. The cleanness is amazing. Everything seems newly built. There are plenty space children can explore and run around. My teens and their friends enjoy the hot tub! The owner of the property communicates timely. It is highly recommended for hunter mountain user and big group! I will love to come back here soon with more people ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
