Clean, comfortable, with great air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice location next door to a brewing company and restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, very comfortable newly renovated lodging. No amenities. A charging station for electronics near bed would have been appreciated.

Pictures falsely promoted based on rooms types. Expected a little bit more. Was clean and nice, fairly small rooms.

Rooms were newly renovated, very clean and up to date. Comfprtable bed, lhardwood floors, wireless and TV work fine! Close to lovely village, across the road from a historic landmark, some traffic but still the room was quiet. Brewery/restaurant right next door. No coffee/tea kettle in room or in lobby, but that's my only (minor) comment!

Wasn’t a large motel which made it nice and quiet. Close to many stores and center of town. Owners were pleasant.

The staff was so nice. The rooms were very clean and modern. The pub on the same property was very nice.

Very friendy and accomodating staff, recently renovated rooms. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds/pillows. Convenient parking in front of rooms. Quiet at night. Onsite brewery was amazing for drinks and food. Convenient to downtown Wickford which is beautiful and fun to explore.

The bathroom was too small you couldn't even turn around in it. I am not a big person. The lighting was terrible for the vanity. The beds were uncomfortable. Couldn't find an ice machine. For the price paid it was really a dissatisfying! Would not recommend it.

Easy parking. Cute, vintage look, but well maintained.

Was a nice stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Offered us an extra blanket at check in and because we were late arriving they agreed to give us a late checkout at check in. The room was just as pictured and everything was clean and modern. And you couldn’t beat the price, with a golf tournament going on in Newport hotels were either sold out or very expensive, so we were happy to find this affordable option. Plus there is a restaurant/brewery on site if your hungry.

Spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is a large window that everyone walking by can see inside your entire room. They should put one way film on glass. Also, room 111 has an electrical issue on ceiling light/fan in bathroom, occasionally will not turn on. Wanted to inform staff of issue but no one was in the office on the morning we left.

The room looked clean and tidy. Modernized, as well. However, there was a distinct mildew smell that triggered all sorts of allergies:

Very convenient, clean, efficient check in/check out. The brewery (with good food also) right next door was a big plus.

The staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful. I would have given a higher score for the room but there were no blankets or comforters, just a sheet and a light bedspread. It was quite chilly. Turning on the heat would be wasteful as it's summer. An extra pillow would have been appreciated too, as there were three between two people. The room itself was also not well soundproofed and traffic noise from the road was quite noisy. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable,and the shower was nice and hot!

Location was very nice and quiet. The condition of the hotel was like new. The staff which I can only assume was the owner, was super nice. My room was extremely clean, and like new. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever been on. If I’m ever back in the area this is where I’ll stay!

The bed was so comfortable that I hardly turned over in the night. I'm a side sleeper so tossing and turning is a regular thing for me. But I slept through the night peacefully. The rest of the room itself was as I saw online and one favorite thing that I thought was cool was the mirror for the sink and the back light fixture.

The place is a small motel but it is newly renovated. The room is small but the way it is decorated is well thought of - modern & functional design. No smell in the room which means it is CLEAN to my liking!! The staff is friendly & accommodating. Will definitely be coming back here if I’m ever in the area.

We would definitely stay here again! Also: The staff were accessible, responsive, and helpful!

Very clean and recently updated, convenient to local attractions. Harsh the front desk/ owner was very helpful and addressed any questions. Will definitely return if we come back to the area.
