Great affordable motel! The only issue we had was at check in. The check in details were not correctly sent to us. There was nobody on site and as international visitors we had no phone reception to try and resolve the issue. We had to drive to a local fast food place to get WiFi to resolve the issue with Hotels.com. This was not ideal late at night.

Location not far from freeway on and off ramps. Just off Main St. with a private driveway that makes it feel secluded. The buildings are cinderblock walls that are well painted. Floors are, I believe a Pergo-type. Big, comfortable bed with nice headboard wired with outlets and lights, small table with 2 chairs, mini-fridge, big screen tv decent shower, no tub, with nice fixtures. Room very clean. Pool with extra towels. Doors have keypad. Booking, payment, and check-in check-out all online/texting. Will definitely consider staying here in future.

There really isn’t a staff around. You check yourself in and out. But Erin contacted me by text to give me instructions. She is very friendly! The motel is remodeled and very unique! It’s not fancy but very clean. I was traveling alone and felt very safe there. I will stay again on my trip back to California. Highly recommended!

An absolute gem of a place to stay in Red Bluff. This was a last minute work trip and I lucked out that they had a room available. It was spotlessly clean and looked like new. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and was able to park right outside the room (which is a big bonus because I travel with a lot of work equipment that I don’t leave in the car overnight.) I stayed for two nights and would happily stay here again without hesitation. The owner Erin is absolutely wonderful, too!

Great place with a retro feel, but with modern décor. The place is nicely remodeled and looks to still be making improvements. I'd definitely return here.

We loved the our stay at the Triangle Motel. We arrived late with a comfort of having the code and letting ourselves in, put our mind at ease. The room was lovely and you can tell a lot of thought went into the remodel and it felt like the owners cared about comfort. The decor was beautiful and perfect. Loved all the environmental touches that added more assurance of how thoughtful the owners are.

We love how cozy it is. We definately will come back to visit again for its great quality.

Such a lovely motel. Wonderful renovations, nicely appointed. The air conditioner should be the industry standard! It was VERY quiet and VERY efficient! TV worked well, shower was nice, coffee was nice. I'm assuming the pool will have further work, but it was still refreshing in 105° heat. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!!

We loved the whole vibe of this place. It’s obvious the owners have lovingly restored it and put a lot of thought into the little things. What a great value for a quiet night’s rest after a long day at Lassen Volcanic National Park. Erin was very responsive and we really enjoyed it. The pool looked tiny but I had it nearly to myself. Once I got in it was plenty large enough for a few laps which is all I needed to cool off. We will be back and I’ve already recommended to my friends!

We really liked this place. Key code to get into room so no reception desk. Room was very tastefully decorated, good AC, good tv, comfortable bed, great shower. I would definitely recommend it.

Refurbished old school style motel. Really cute and well appointed. Easy parking outside your room, good air conditioning and water pressure. The management texted us in advance of arrival with our room number and lock code. Very easy self check in and out.

Ever have that conundrum where something is so good you want to keep it a secret so you can access it any time you want but you want everyone to know about it so it can continue to exist? That's it right here. This place was an unexpected delight. They've taken a little 1940's golden age "motor hotel" and brought it around with an amazing minimalist aesthetic. Everything is nuanced and thoughtful right down to the bedside mini speaker/white noise machine. The linens, pillows and towels are on par with a Hyatt-type or better hotel. The new Samsung tv and replica 40's Frigidaire mini fridge are perfect. We arrived early enough to lay out by the small pool and by the time we made it inside the room for the evening were already plotting a way to stay another day in the quiet little retreat. To our dismay we couldn't figure out a way to extend the stay. So please- stay here if you have the chance so you can experience something that isn't "the same old same old" and so they can be successfull so we can stay there the next time we pass through :)

This renovated 1940s roadside motel is such a gem! I appreciate that the property was rescued and given a new life by two local couples, and they did an incredible job. The beds are comfortable, the pool is clean and cool, and modern amenities like strong AC and a smart TV are just icing on the cake! I have stayed at Triangle Motel a handful of times and each time I thoroughly enjoy my experience. Since my last visit they have finiahed their BBQ and patio area which is all ready for a summer cook-out!

Pros: Very clean room. (#3) Great A/C system with a remote. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice big TV. Easy check-in and check-out. Good parking. Mini fridge. Cons: No microwave for our popcorn. Only two paper cups that began to disintegrate and leak when we poured wine into them. No tub, shower only.
