Such a beautiful place to relax and wake up to, perfect place for kids just to let go and explore, booked while working over in leek and will be booking again and taking my son :)

Scenery was beautiful, nice location, little pond and BBQ area looked good.

Bottom zip of tent door was broken and left open. Trent was dirty and FULL of bugs and spiders. Bed was also dirty. No instructions about speaking to anyone and only person I saw who maybe worked there just stood back calling and giving us a very unpleasant look. Had to leave after 10 minutes and find somewhere else as tent is not habitable.

The location was nice once you got to it. There were plenty of blankets and little heater. The lamp and chest of drawers were nice. Value for money was good. Tea and coffee were provided.

The road to the site was very undermaintained with lots of pot holes and poor sinage. The shower stayed warm for less than 5 minutes. The bedding was not freshly made that day as there was an accumulation of insects within. The kitchen area had not been cleaned as there was dirt on the side walls and an accumulation of Insect poo on the shelving. We were asked to strip our own bedding.

Was fairly private. But also quite overlooked.

Was good but there was a guy out by the pond early on and grass cutting we wasn’t supposed to be out till 10am so was rather disappointing.

This was the most incredible setting for a bell tent EVER!
