The owners were very helpful and maintained contact throughout to assist with the booking

Message was sent with all check in details and a map, so it was easy enough to go straight to my room after I finished work for the day. There was plenty of room to move in the spaces of the accommodation. Kitchen was well stocked. A small carton of milk was provided which was great as I forgot to go to the shop beforehand. Although I didn't use the items, there was a washing machine, airer, ironing board, iron, pegs and washing basket to be able to freshen up clothes and dry them either inside the unit or externally on the private clothesline. There was an air conditioner in the main living area and fans in both living room and bedroom to help circulate the air. I thought that there seemed to be enough storage space in the bedroom for you to be able to pull sone items out of your suitcase and hang up on the clothes rail provided or in the storage cubes. The room was quiet enough with some sound travelling through the walls but that is to be expected. The bed was adjustable with either the head or foot section to be raised and lowered independently or together...I found this out as I was leaving the property and doing my final checks to make sure I had grabbed everything. But wow, you don't normally find this in all places I have stayed.

There was no drinking water in the room/fridge, or the kitchen taps labelled to suggest not to drink i.e. rainwater or town water. The couch was comfy enough but if you sat on one particular side you noticed it had been used much more than the other side. I also had an unbalanced fan in the living area that had an annoying tick to it but as it was rather warm outside, it didn't bother me as much as the heat. I also had an issue once the fan had been in use for some time that I couldn't adjust the lighting or fan speed unless I turned it off again and then made the adjustments when turning back on. I did try the other remote in the bedroom as they were on the same frequency but to no avail. The bedroom one worked perfectly fine. Please be cautious when leaving the property and entering the roadway as although my car wasn't lowered, I did scrape at the front, and I would suggest exiting on a slight angle to prevent minor damage to your vehicle.

Location was great on way in from Adelaide. Apartment faced on road but very quiet even in the neat private courtyard. The decor was great with a lot of thought going into the fit out. Very spacious feel to the room, lounge and bathroom. Parking was convenient and off road. Clean, clean, clean with no carpets. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. There was even a washing machine.

Directions for electronic entry missed one detail, to add # key at end keying in numbers. No great biggie and has been rectified. Would gladly stay there again.
