Location
The broken fan the first night. Made it difficult to sleep because it was so hot in our room and we didn’t have a screen on our window.

The fact right on river and it's homie and very comfortable full kitchen nice size for price location and home feeling was most liked

Decent price and a decent ent place to stay
The bathroom was way to small

Staff was very nice and helpful. Started a fire in the fire pit and looked for marshmallows. Guests sat outside and got to know each other.
Floor was squeaky and you could hear the upstairs guest.

The shower in the cabin was very small. Beware.

Nice location by the river
Poor communication prior to arrival, with both the property and Booking.com. Neither responded to emails, texts, phone calls. None of the numbers found on line worked. Found it interesting that office is closed from 10 am to 2 pm. That information was not shown on the website at all. Very noisy air conditioner needs to be fixed or replaced. Stale old coffee creamer ??

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The noise from the people staying above us on the 2nd floor. The floors creak really loudly.

Very beautiful location that was easily accessible. The room had a lot of space and very comfortable beds.
The bathroom was very small. The area the toilet was located in was almost claustrophobic.

The best thing was the staff. They were very friendly and offered us the use of their BBQ to cook our dinner. They even built a fire in their main firepit for us to eat dinner by. My daughter and I traveled over 3k miles by motorcycle and had to deal with 2" hail, rain and a tornado. This place was by far one of the best places we stayed. I would love to stay here again and I am recommending to my friends that we try to book this place as a venue. They have an amazing back yard, outdoor kitchen with an additional fire pit on the river.

Location was great. The room was nicely decorated and the rustic decor was fitting. The grounds are well maintained.
The shower and toilet were very tight. That is just the design of the room, but it would be uncomfortable for a large person.
