Once we arrived to pick up the RV John took time to explain how everything functioned and where everything was. When we entered the RV we were pleasantly surprised with a personalized welcome sign and a basket of wine and chocolate. The RV also has everything you need. He provides a list once you have booked with him. You basically just need to bring your clothes and towels. I highly recommend renting this RV if you are looking for a stress free exchange and relaxing vacation. The inside is beautiful and well maintained. The fireplace was the added bonus.
