Very comfortable and lovely location

Some of the utensils were dirty, some furniture was was past it’s best, kitchen chairs and upstairs sofas. Instructions were not left out, found in a cupboard. Reception staff had a total lack of interest when we arrived. When I rang to check on booking in I was told to go to reception and they would show us where to go. Didn’t happen quite like that. Went back at 7.50 asked if we could dine there and told dining finished 8, asked for any recommendation’s locally, reply “don’t know”. Very poor communication or interest.

Plenty room, very warm, quiet.

Not enough towels, only three, had to ask for more. Not enough wine glasses, no bowls for salads etc. Lack of kitchen equipment.

Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. Spacious. Parking. Part of The Three Rivers hotel with access to facilities. The Hotel has excellent, reasonably priced, large portion meals.

Pool is 3/4 mile down hill. Not too bad walking down but walking back up after a swim is a challenge. Trying to establish we were booked in over the phone was difficult. Reception staff misdirected us then gave wrong key. No basic toiletries

Beautiful building, great sociable open plan downstairs, very clean, comfortable beds, log fire when it's cold outside is a must!

Not enough cups, glasses, kitchen utensils etc.. but luckily we had taken some of our own disposable ones. Need to invest in wifi as very little signal was available around the property. The hotel is more than a 5 minute walk to use the pool facilities.. more like a drive with the steepness of the hill.
