Clean and quiet hotel with all of the needed amenities. Basically a fully appointed apartment. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a big bonus. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return if ever in the area again.

My only constructive criticism would be to leave the washer/dryer doors open in between guests. The washer and dryer had a very funky smell, probably due to it not being able to air out. I ran it through the 3-hour self-clean cycle and everything was fine, but just a suggestion.

Very small detail - the conditioner lid was closed so I couldn’t use it.

The self contained studio was great & had everything we needed. Washing machine & dryer were a fantastic addition for travellers. It was very close to the local shops.

The address listed took us to another building down the street.

We didn't bother with breakfast. Location was excellent. Handy to pretty much everything.

We were forgotten one morning and we ran out of coffee. But that's not the end of the world, just drank tea.

Location and room was good being pretty new peemises.

The shelf with the microwave in it. Safety hazzard as bump head on it especially the corner. Paying for carpark didnt like either. Could have parked in the others that were not used over wknd.

GREAT LOCATION,NEW BUILD,FRIENDLY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

OUR 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT 008 LOCATION.I SUSPECT DUE TO BOOKING THROUGH “BOOKING.COM “AT AN ATTRACTIVE RATE FOR 3 NIGHTS WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT REMINDED ME OF A CAVE.DARK WITH THE CURTAINS CLOSED! UPON OPENING THE CURTAINS WE FOUND OUT WHY. THEY WERE CLOSED.(see photo) NOW THATS NOT AN ATTRACTIVE VIEW. OTHER TEETHING PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED WERE A BROKEN DISHWASHER,FULLOF SMELLY OLD WATER THAT THE MANAGEMENT KNEW ABOUT,NO BATTERY IN THE TV REMOTE AND ONE PLY TOILET PAPER THAT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED IN OTHER ROOMS.

Phone reception staff, during the day could have had more knowledge of the booking system costings and facilities. A booking could have been lost if we had not gone to trouble free Booking.com

Rubbish bin in unit hadn't been emptied, only one bath towel in unit, crumbs in cutlery draw & had to wash cutlery before using due to fingerprints on it. Plenty of dust on the lamps.

The room was small but set up beautifully with everything you might need.

Easy check in very new amenities which were great everything you needed in your room warm and comfortable and the bed i found was comfortable location was easy to find.

Cooking smells from other rooms were very overwhelming and crept into the room

The accommodation was a good size, nice bathroom.

The bed was a wonderful size but very firm. Gave us very sore backs by the morning

The staff were exceptional - very friendly and accomodating. They went the extra mile trying to sort out the booking problem, when someone from booking.com cancelled my reservation without my consent.

The property was difficult to find after hours in the dark. A sign at the entrance would be helpful as the property is set back off the road. A trolley for after hours quests with disabilities would be helpful in transporting luggage from the car to the room.

Very tidy and clean. Lovely staff.

Room facilities were spotlessly clean and modern, kitchen well equiped (and bonus washer & dryer in bathroom). Location super central for Hastings and great coffee shop/bakery for early morning coffee around the corner called Cupple.

The location was perfect and easy to locate. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
