The entire property has been converted to suites, so there was a small kitchenette including a fridge, cooktop & stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and even a dishwasher! They also had all the utensils & pots to cook placed in the cabinetry around the appliances.
My friend took the queen bed whilst I got the sofa, and it was easily as comfy as a normal bed, and the linens were in the closet, fresh & ready to use.
The bathroom was nicely furnished, and wide enough to walk with my cane without problems.
My only complaint would be the selection of TV channels offered; it was a very reduced list. Better have your laptop or tablet with your streaming services on hand.
The breakfast offered was far more than just "continental" as it had eggs, bacon, hot toast and a waffle iron, along the cereals, muffins and toppings.
Unfortunately, the evening dinner service was pitiful, with only 2 apetizers, 3 choices of meals, and a single dessert. You are better off ordering in, or going to the grocery store to make full use of the wonderful kitchen.
All in all, it was a more than satisfying stay, and I would go back without fear of being disappointed.

The hotel is clean and newly renovated, the employee are friendly, the room is good but they need to improve the room service, cleaning should be better, the hotel is quiet, also they need to improve the breakfast menu for five days we have the same food, overall it's recomended.

Family stay for tourist purposes /5 people/. Even though the hotel is not in the center, it allows easy access to the center of Montreal. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious. Even though they are close to the highway, the rooms are quiet. Efficient air conditioning. If I could suggest anything, it would be to ask for some vegetables for breakfast. The hotel staff is nice and willing to help. A hotel worth recommending.

The facility was clean, had every amenity, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location, however, was not ideal as it was not in close proximity to other locations we needed to access (downtown or airport) and there was nothing within walking distance. Nestled between freeways, even accessing food 6 minutes away took us on a three freeway loop.

Excellent location and customer service. Included breakfast is convenient but the food choices are very limited and there is a big room for improvement specially bringing in multi-cultural options. Daily room cleaning is not done automatically and needs to be requested if required. Internet TV option is very good where YouTube videos can be watched. Excellent Wifi and room facilities. Overall nice hotel to stay specially for families with young kids.

This was such an amazing place to stay! My husband and I came for the week and were surprised by the value of the room. We had a full kitchen with all appliances needed, complimentary breakfast, and the room was so spacious and clean. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The staff was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really busy when we were there but they handled it very well. There is an electric vehicle charger at the back. It uses an app called AmbuEnergy which takes a while to verify so i would suggest downloading it in advance. It was supper convenient to have a fridge and stove to make meals. There is a dishwasher if you want to use it bring some tabs, but the sink is deep and useful. The fire alarm only went of once and very briefly.

The hotel was decent facility overall. The front desk staff were good. The only challenge was on the housekeeping. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and for 2 days, there were no housekeeping cleaning that took place in the rooms even when requested. We were advised that there was a do not disturb sign and hence no cleaning was done. This was not correct. More diligence on housekeeping of rooms would be appreciated. Also not much hot breakfast item options for vegetarian people other than eggs. A limited variety in this regard.

When we arrived the alarm was going off in the building every 15 minutes and the only elevator didn’t work.
Had to manually drag all of our stuff down the long hallways and up the stairs.
The hotel is a string of 3 buildings connected longways. This makes for extremely long narrow hallways without A/C.
To get to our room we had to walk through essentially all 3 buildings. There are staircase entrances for each section of building but non of the exterior card readers worked.
Something to keep in mind if you have trouble walking and don’t otherwise have wheels.
That said, the rooms are nice and comfy.
The mattress was wrapped in a protective cover and then another 2 covers underneath the fitted sheet.
The bathroom shower pan floor was probably originally white, but appeared darker (probably due to lack of cleaning).
When I asked for my room to be serviced, I left a $20 tip, but they just emptied the trash bins and left towels and didn’t bother making the bed. They took the tip though…
Would I go back, maybe.

The room set up was very good. However, the navigation on the floor was to complex. We had an elderly person with mobility limitations and our room was located at the far end of the floor. We didn't know how far the room was located from the one elevator.
