Condo is nicely furnished with quality finishes. Loved the view everyday and watching the turtles. Great to have all of the beach gear handy and a cooler for day trips. Liked the ability to walk to Sugar Beach and the marina. Great location central to most activities.

Amazing views, but the bay is very windy, such that it blew the door open every time we entered the unit. AC unit was broken, owners tried to help but the unit likely needs a new heat pump. With doors/windows open to keep us cool, the unit became very dusty and dirty and sleeping at night was dreadful due to heat and wind noise. We ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. Food was left in the fridge by previous tenants. The building elevator was not working either during our stay. The unit could use a "spring cleaning" with new paint (inside/out) and appliances serviced. Washer and dryer were smelly and could use a good cleaning. The unit is centrally located on the island and easy to drive everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately we likely will not be staying here again.

We arrived at the property but could not get in until after 4pm. So we came back at 6:30 and the place was a mess and the cleaning person was there and just started cleaning the unit. Also, there was an appliance installer there to install the stove which did not get installed until the next day. Nothing real special about the unit. At that price you would expect at least coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Also, there were limited towels and no hand towels for the bathroom. We would not stay at this property again.

My wife and I were amazed by the ocean front views. We loved starting our days enjoying our coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean. We had so much fun cooking dinner and enjoying our dinner on the balcony while soaking up every minute of the Sunset. The pool was so relaxing and we virtually had it all to ourselves! We already started to book our return for next year! Thank you Jackie!

It looks like the owners have done a bunch of work on the unit, including new furniture because it looked nothing like the original VRBO photos. It's all good and that it seems like everything was brand new pretty incredible to sit there and watch turtles on the beach. We also enjoy the fact that we were kind of in between Kihei in Lahaina. That allowed us to check out all kinds of different restaurants and shopping from the great location. The pool almost seemed private. There was very few people using it, and it was in great shape, I would highly recommend this unit and we will try to get the same unit next year. Thanks again for a great stay.
