Estadia perto da estação de comboio, o que permite chegar ao centro de londres relativamente rápido; o aquecimento central do quarto muito bom;

Tinha pequeno almoço incluido mas nunca percebi como "funcionava" o acesso ao mesmo, portanto nao tomei o pequeno almoço nenhuma vez na estadia; derivado de ter chegado tarde à estadia devido ao atraso dos transportes, não cheguei a falar pessoalmente com a proprietária.

The host was responsive and flexible despite my last minute booking. The bed was comfortable and I had plenty of desk space to get work done. WiFi connection was pretty good too. Breakfast was nice for me as it had what I often have in the morning. Very nice interaction with a long term guest.

It was quite dirty in places, especially bath which we didn’t use. Host seemed confused when we arrived and her English was very limited

The quietness and the cleanliness.

They tried to charge me twice . I already paid £60 last week on Wednesday 2 August . I escalated the case on Paypal .

Engineers reported back that beds weren't clean, bathroom was not clean really unhappy and requested not to be booked at these facilities again.

No room, no money back As the guest (my family member) arrived there was no room in the accomodation, she was taught to get into a car with two strangers (men) to drive to another accommodation. They refused to tell the address and so she did not go with them. Me and her were in constant telephone connection so I could hear the whole conversation. Sandra refused to pay the money back although the room was given to another person. Stay away! We have to give the case to a lawyer in London.
