Everything was perfect 🤩 luxurious furniture in the apartments and soft sheets on the beds. Not forgetting the 🥘 food from the restaurant delicious

first of all i was going to book a 3bedroom, i payed more to get the penthouse with the balcony as described in the details. it had no balcony so i payed a few hundred rials extra and it was a lie, they blamed it on booking.. had to do a late checkout, payed an extra 100$ for late checkout. 2 rooms out of 4 thr windows were not closing, lock is damaged.
you ask for room service, non existent, you ask for late checkout and tell them il pay while leaving they say no come down pay to get it.. they have lamps all over that cant be turned on because they dont have adapters that plug in the wall.. you ask to rent an adapter if they can send it up, they say no first come pay then pick it up yourself.. this wasnt an hotel vibe, more like i booked an airbnb.
i ask if they can print me the receipts for the stay + for the late checkout so ican give them to my work, they respond with printer not working•_•

The penthouse was clean and beautiful. The view at night was to die for; it was wow. I loved the decoration of the whole apartment. The linen was fresh and smelled good.
There was a wifi problem and no complimentary water. The reception is not welcoming but too noisy. The pool is not family-friendly where it is situated. My sons could not go there to swim because there were lots of people from the pub who were sitting there.

O alojamento era bom, bem equipado.
Nao foi especificado no ato da reserva que existiam apartamentos com gerador ou sem! Devem escrever no site para que o cliente tenha a escolha. Quando reclamei da falha deles exigiram o pagamento de 1000 rands para upgrade de um Com gerador. Extrema falha de comunicação com o cliente e nao assumiram a falha!
Casa de banho nao estava bem limpa e com o lixo de outros hospedes!

The apartment was a good size, beds were comfortable, good views, all rooms ensuite and dining table was big enough to fit 6 adults and a high chair. Hotel provided travel cot and all staff were friendly and helpful
There were lots of things missing in the apartment e.g. minimal kitcheware, only provided a couple of hangers, some rooms had no bedside lamp whilst others had no tv. We were only provided one key for 6 guests and since you need your key to use the lift, it was difficult when we wanted to do different things. The pool is very small and is not set up in a way to use it - it is more an outdoor dining area.

Rooms are spacious
It's not clean at all. I was disappointed from the core. You can see bathrooms were use by males, as they had pee on the floor and sit and they never bothered to flush. When you walked in there is a smell of wee all over the house. Dust everywhere as if we are not new guests. Couches and carpets have spots of dirt no one wants to remove. No towels in bathroom we had to ask for them. No dish cloth or mops yet it's a self catering.
It's not meant for longer stay as there is no dish washer and washing machine. If they are not careful they rooms will rot under their noses cause cleaners are always in a hurry.

Beautiful spacious apartment, beautifully decorated with a homely feel ,,,
The property has a lot of traffic, too many prostitutes in the building and was not comfortable when you are a family with kids,

The rooms were always clean.
The location was good.
1. What Booking.com mentioned and what was on the ground was different, e.g. there was no air-condition, there was no power back up during loadshadding, loadshadding schedule was not communicated even though it was reqested for, private swimming pool and view of the lake was not there (the Towers said Booking.com misrepresented facts).
2. The Spar was closed
3. Booking.com mentioned that check out was 11am but the proerty said 10am.
4. There was an alarm that kept triggering early hours of the morning and causing inconvenience.

We did not eat the breakfast as it was not halaal. Location was ok but alot of noise in the building

Super clean, spacious and central location
No airconditioning, was extremely cold even though the staff did provide 2 heaters. Unfortunately, they were too small to make a difference to the cold.
